Effect of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Prescription on ICAM-1 gene expression in H22 hepatic cancer mice / 中华中医药杂志

Objective:To discuss the effect of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Prescription on ICAM-1 gene expression in H22 hepatic cancer mice. Methods: Animal model of H22 hepatic cancer mice were established by inoculating tumor cell. Mice were randomly divided into six groups: the normal group, the model group , Cyclophosphamide group, low, middle and high dosage groups of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Prescription. The gene expression of ICAM-1 were detected by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
