Decompression and Anterior Transposition of Ulnar Nerve in Prevention and Progression of Claw Hand Deformity in Leprosy

Leprosy is very common disease in India. It is known for its deformities and social problem associated with it. Our study was aimed to follow that surgical decompression and its anterior transposition of ulnar nerve prevents the progress of claw hand in leprosy. During last 20 years study was conducted at centers mentioned and statistic collected.
