The Danggui Yinzi, as one of the classic prescriptions, was first recorded in Yan's Jisheng Prescription and is mainly used to treat various skin diseases with blood deficiency and wind dryness. By referring to ancient books and modern literature researches, this study analyzed and summarized the literature of Danggui Yinzi from the aspects of prescription origin, composition, addition and subtractive changes of flavor, dosage and decocting and taking method, discrimination of prescription and efficacy, raw material and processing of medicinal materials, and modern clinical application. Textual researches explored more than 80 ancient literature and 170 modern literature and showed its content included Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Rehmannia Radix, Tribuli Fructus, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Schizonepetae Spica, Polygoni Multiflora Radix, Astragali Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. It was cooked by water. It was used for the patients with skin diseases and Chinese pattern of blood deficiency wind drying. It has showed a wide range of applications, and similar application in ancient and modern time. This paper provides a more comprehensive reference for the research and development of compound preparation of Danggui Yinzi.

Xiaotianxin acupoint is located at the middle root of the palm, in the depression of the junction between the major and minor thenar eminence. Manual operation includes kneading, pinching, pounding, pinching-kneading method, and it has the effect of clearing heat and promoting urination, tranquilizing fringt and mind, brightening vision, dredging meridians, sweating and releasing muscle, clinical indications of infantile convulsions, night crying, hot urine, jaundice, strabismus, low vision. This paper, by reviewing ancient and modern literatures, the positioning, operation methods and clinical application of Xiaotianxin acupoint are combed and analyzed. The mechanism of the acupoint should be explored from two aspects of traditional and modern medicine, in order to understand the acupoint comprehensively and deeply. And it will provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of diseases by Xiaotianxin, and guide the clinical application through theoretical research.

Introduction@#According to the manuscript “Imperially commissioned complete record of the body”, the study was selected to clarify the name of the plant, as it is difficult to recognize and translate the medicinal raw materials directly from Manchu, Tibetan, Chinese, Latin, and Sanskrit into Uighur and Mongolian scripts.@*Methods@#We conducted our research using hermeneutic, verification, and checklist methods.@*Results@#“Imperially commissioned complete record of the body” scripture is a rare book based on European anatomical works that combine Western and Eastern medical knowledge. There is reason to believe that European medicine in Mongolia was a witness to the spread of the anthropology of the human body.</br> It is clear from the 6 books that the two volumes are based on the basic tenets of Indian and Chinese medicine, Buddhist philosophy, and the teachings of the five elements and yin-yang. The study included “Ingredients for Correcting Anxiety”, “Ingredients for Correcting Heart Attack,” and “Ingredients for Correcting Depression”. These three ingredients were the basis of the recipes of Oriental medicine in the European medical books. Comparing the taste, potency, and action of all selected medicinal raw materials using traditional medicine, such as “The quintessence Tantras of Tibetan Medicine” and other books, it is clear that the classical European medical tradition differs from the modern medical classification.@*Conclusion@#“Imperially commissioned complete record of the body” manuscript is a documentary scripture used by Mongolian shepherds and herdsmen on the achievements of European medicine, free from religious traditions and taboos. In addition, there found 18 traditional medicinal plants and 7 types of animal medicines used in heart disease.

Objective:To explore the application value of BOPPPS teaching mode in the course of Medical Literature Retrieval. Methods:We selected 144 students from four classes of Chinese medicine in our school of Batch 2018 as the research objects, set 72 students from Class 1 and 3 as the experimental group, taking the BOPPPS teaching mode, and set 72 students in Class 2 and 4 as the control group, using traditional teaching mode. After the teaching activities were completed, the teaching effect, teaching satisfaction, and evaluation of the teaching results of the two groups of students were compared through basic theoretical examinations, database operation and questionnaire surveys. SPSS 21.0 software was performed for data analysis.Results:The database assessment scores of the experimental group and the control group were (87.82 ± 9.24) points and (82.50 ± 6.18) points, respectively, with statistical differences between the two groups ( P=0.001, P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the feedback of the experimental group in database use, stimulating learning interest and teaching satisfaction were better than that of the control group, with statistical differences ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The BOPPPS teaching mode helps to stimulate students' interest in learning, improve learning efficiency, and ultimately improve the quality of teaching.

The medical literature contains a wealth of valuable medical knowledge. At present, the research on extraction of entity relationship in medical literature has made great progress, but with the exponential increase in the number of medical literature, the annotation of medical text has become a big problem. In order to solve the problem of manual annotation time such as consuming and heavy workload, a remote monitoring annotation method is proposed, but this method will introduce a lot of noise. In this paper, a novel neural network structure based on convolutional neural network is proposed, which can solve a large number of noise problems. The model can use the multi-window convolutional neural network to automatically extract sentence features. After the sentence vectors are obtained, the sentences that are effective to the real relationship are selected through the attention mechanism. In particular, an entity type (ET) embedding method is proposed for relationship classification by adding entity type characteristics. The attention mechanism at sentence level is proposed for relation extraction in allusion to the unavoidable labeling errors in training texts. We conducted an experiment using 968 medical references on diabetes, and the results showed that compared with the baseline model, the present model achieved good results in the medical literature, and F1-score reached 93.15%. Finally, the extracted 11 types of relationships were stored as triples, and these triples were used to create a medical map of complex relationships with 33 347 nodes and 43 686 relationship edges. Experimental results show that the algorithm used in this paper is superior to the optimal reference system for relationship extraction.

Abstract@#The basis of the development of traditional medicine in the XXI century is to study the old medical books and scriptures created by ancient Mongolian doctors and scientists of previous generations. For example, it is important to deepen the scientific understanding of “Man ngag rin chen ‘byung” written by Mongolian doctor ‘Jam dpal chos kyi bstan ‘dzin phrin las in Tibetan, and to understand the content and charms of the Man ngag rin chen ‘byung.@*Purpose@#Sampling and analysis of experimental prescriptions in the “Man ngag rin chen ‘byung” written by Mongolian doctor ‘Jam dpal chos kyi bstan ‘dzin phrin las in Tibetan. @*Research methods@#Methodologies of ancient textbook analysis and check list of textbook were used.@*Conclusion@#In the concluding remarks of the “Man ngag rin chen ‘byung” written by Mongolian doctor ‘Jam dpal chos kyi bstan ‘dzin phrin las, it was stated that there are many medicinal raw materials in the practice. He mentioned that: “I have summarized the benefits of medical literature written by the ancient doctors of Mongolian medicine to facilitate for people to learn.” An analysis of this sentence reveals that in the current understanding of medical science, it is evidence-based practice (EBP).

After the development of domestic embedded subject service and its domestic and foreign main models were described, following suggestions were put forward: thinking approach teaching contents and multiple elementary assessment system should be designed based on OBE theory with medical postgraduate general practical medical literature novelty assessment course as its starting point, excellent students should be trained as scientific information detectors by improving their information literacy and practical ability through small scale blended teaching, the professional bottleneck of librarians and talent team construction should be solved by cultivating subject service team for different subjects and strengthening the contacts between different subjects.

To explore the original connotation of acupoint concept, investigating specifically() and the excavated medical literature as well as the relevant works, the study was conducted in terms of the three aspects, i.e. the early titling and basic meaning of acupoint, the initial analysis on "" and the connotation of acupoint concept. It is believed that the relationship of acupoint with meridian tropism andas well as the application and indication reflect the acupoint specialty rather than its substantive characteristics. The substantive characteristics of acupoint should reflect the experienced specific site on the body surface in treatment, which are the foundation of acupoint regularity.

[Objective]To explore the application of the pathogenesis of"weak yang and stringy yin"in the treatment of atherosclerosis. [Methods] Analyze the symptoms and prescriptions of atherosclerosis in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, and refer to the literatures on the prescriptions. To describe the concept of atherosclerosis from the "virtual" and "real" two aspects of the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis; access to the literature on the anti-cut Guibao White Liquor Soup, Gualou Xiebai Pinellia Decoction, Guizhi Tang, Guizhi Decoction, Ginseng Decoction, Jizhi Amethyst Decoction, Aconitum Red Stone Pills, Rhubarb Pills and Dazhuai Decoction, and other classic prescriptions of the Golden Chamber. [Results] Although there was no disease of atherosclerosis in Chinese medicine, there were many descriptions of its symptoms and etiology and pathogenesis. "The virtual", "standard" were its main pathogenesis,"Golden Chamber"in the proposed"weak yang and stringy yin" theory, and created a large number of prescriptions, such as Gualou Xiebai white liquor soup, Gualou Xiebai Pinellia Soup, Citrus aurantium Decoction Guizhi Decoction, Guizhi Decoction, Ginseng Decoction, Jizhi Feizhi Decoction, Aconitum Red Stone Pills, Rhubarb Pills and Da Chai Hu Tang. According to the literature, "Golden Chamber" in these prescriptions can be used to treat atherosclerosis. [Conclusion] The general theory of the pathogenesis of"chest palsy"and"weak yang and stringy yin"in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is the same as the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. According to this pathogenesis Zhongjing created a large number of prescriptions, modern pharmacological studies have shown that they can treat atherosclerosis. Therefore, we can extend "weak yang and stringy yin" of the pathogenesis theory to the treatment of atherosclerosis. This treatment is worthy of our further exploration, for the present use, to be effective.

After a description of medical literature retrieval teaching in our library, the contents in the designed medical literature retrieval practice course teaching and the ideas for its reform, the competitive practice method was proposed according to the characteristics of subjects in which the undergraduates were majored and the experi-ence with several teaching models such as PBL, the effect of its implementation was analyzed with its related prob-lems and measures for their solution pointed out.
