Résumé

To realize the education and training program of excellent doctors in China and meet the ethical requirements of clinical practice, it is crucial to carry out clinical medical ethics education for medical staff. Clinical medical ethics education is an important component of medical education and a necessary and important way for doctors to practice medical professional ethics. Starting from the concept of clinical medical ethics, this paper discussed the meaning, objectives, and content of clinical medical ethics education, and then distinguished its substantive differences from existing medical ethics education, which were manifested in clinical practice ability, situational embodiment, and action standardization. Furthermore, by summarizing and analyzing the current situation of clinical medical ethics education, it was found that it has shown its shortcomings in insufficient practicality. Finally, based on sorting out the previous countermeasures, this paper proposed strategies to strengthen the practicality of clinical medical ethics education, including adopting the integration approach of "time-space-teacher" and establishing a three-level responsibility system of "government-institution-teacher".

Résumé

Objective:To recognize the overall situation of the core competency of medical professional postgraduate, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the training process, and provide basis for better optimization and revision of training objectives and training plans. Methods:An anonymous online questionnaire was conducted among 264 postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine to recognize the cognition and self-evaluation of core competence, and analyze the differences in scores of different grades and types. SPSS 23.0 was used for independent-samples t test; and one-way analysis of variance to analyze categorical variables. Results:The doctoral degree students' core competency results were higher than those of master degree students, and those of the senior students were higher than junior students ( P<0.05). "System Improvement Ability" [master degree students (2.94±1.07), first-year students (2.82±0.97)], "Patient Management" [(first-year students (2.77±1.22)], "Academic Research" [first-year students (2.90±1.03)], and 4 other indicators were the weakness of students (all less than 3 scores). Conclusion:The students have a good sense of professional identity for doctors. The different depth of the clinical practice education is the possible cause which brings about the differences among students with different degrees. We should focus on strengthening the training for the "shortcomings" in the core competence of students.

Résumé

Objective:To explore the application of virtual patient in the reexamination of clinical medical professional masters (hereinafter referred to as "clinical masters"), and to provide reference for the reform of clinical masters reexamination. Methods:The correlation between the clinical thinking scores of 97 candidates (Western medicine) in the reexamination of clinical masters in a university in 2019, the scores of comprehensive ability of clinical medicine (Western medicine) in the initial test and the interview scores in the reexamination was analyzed, and the differences between the clinical thinking scores of current and previous candidates were compared. SPSS 21.0 software was conducted for t test, chi-square test and Pearson correlation analysis. Results:The Person correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between the scores of clinical thinking and the scores of comprehensive clinical medicine (Western medicine) and the scores of interview in the reexamination were 0.09 and -0.05 respectively( P>0.05). At the same time, there was no statistically significant difference between the clinical thinking scores of current and previous candidates ( P >0.05). Conclusion:There was a poor correlation between the scores of clinical thinking and the scores of comprehensive clinical medicine (Western medicine) and the scores of interview in the reexamination. The consideration is concerned with the difference in the purpose of the three assessment forms. It can provide references for other medical colleges to optimize the evaluation content of postgraduate reexamination.
