Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners of later generation provided several assumptions to differentiate them, but a general conclusion was still not drawn. In this paper, the opinions of previous researches were summarized; based on this, the viewpoints of each opinion were reviewed, and the authors' opinion on method to differentiate "" diseases and "" disease was proposed. It was concluded the differences of "" diseases and "" disease inwas only based on style of the composing, not involving medical principles. The role of two parts on diagnosis and treatment was similar.

[Objective]To discuss professor Wu Kaopan’s academic thoughts by studying plain questions(Su Wen), Miraculous Pivot(Ling Shu), Medical Prob-lems. [Methods]Through the study on Wu’s papers and works of plain questions(Su Wen), Miraculous Pivot, using literature research method, sort and study these papers and works. [Results]This paper introduces Wu’s study on classics, using methods not only col ating, exegetics, annotation and modern translation, but also classification, analysis and exposition, the result is theoretical essence and academic ideas in such works are explored. [Conclusion]For researchers, the study of classics of Chinese medicine requires basic theory of it, what’s more, broad and profound literature knowledge is more important.

Explanations of Ancient and Modern Words in Huangdi’s Internal Classic and Other Spread Versions / 浙江中医药大学学报

During the spreading process, Huangdi’s Internal Classic has developed into many different versions, such as A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and the Comprehensive Notes to Huangdi’s Internal Classic. Huangdi’s Internal Classic is found to be different from other versions in writing the same character, which brings some difficulties for people to study. The paper corrects some mistakes in Huangdi’s Internal Classic, A-B classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and the Comprehensive Notes to Huangdi’s Internal Classic, collects and records the variants caused by writing, and solves the related questions.
