Résumé
O objetivo foi caracterizar morfológica e quimicamente os diferentes sistemas de implantes. As amostras avaliadas apresentaram características de rugosidade superficial exceto para os implantes Externo Laser®, tendo os implantes Titamax® e Implant External Hex® apresentado características de rugosidade promovidas por jateamento de partículas, e o Osseotite®, Implant Revolution® e Máster Porous® apresentaram características porosas. Pode-se concluir que na análise das amostras houve um aumento de impurezas após modificações na superfície. Os elementos encontrados sugerem que os implantes apresentam deficiências considerando o processo de limpeza final antes da comercialização.
The purpose was to characterize the surfaces morphology and the superficial chemical composition of related osseointegrable implant systems. The evaluated samples presented characteristics of superficial roughness except for Externo Laser® implants, having Titamax® and Implant External Hex® implants presented roughness characteristics promoted by blasting of particles and the Osseotite®, Implant Revolution® and Máster Porous® implants presented porous characteristics.There are morphologic differences among implants of different companies.
