Introducción: Es importante la relación entre el desarrollo de las categorías originalidad, flexibilidad, autonomía y motivación del modo de actuación creativo. El objetivo del artículo consistió en elaborar un sistema de indicaciones para el desarrollo de categorías del modo de actuación creativo en estudiantes universitarios. Métodos: Se realizó una investigación mixta, donde el universo lo constituyeron estudiantes de la carrera de Pedagogía-Sicología de la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus "José Martí Pérez" en el curso 2021-2022 y se tomó una muestra aleatoria intencional de 24 educandos del tercer año. Resultados: El procesamiento estadístico de los instrumentos aplicados permitió ubicar al 75 % de la muestra entre un nivel medio y bajo en el desarrollo de categorías del modo de actuación creativo, por carencias en su expresión. Discusión: Desde fundamentos teóricos referenciados se analizó una propuesta de indicaciones que permiten la sistematización de contenidos de aprendizaje y facilitan el desarrollo de acciones autónomas y motivadoras para solucionar problemáticas en el contexto laboral. Conclusiones: La elaboración de indicaciones, desde la disciplina principal integradora y en estrecha relación con las categorías declaradas del modo de actuación creativo, facilitaron su desarrollo y demostraron pertinencia y factibilidad en el contexto de la práctica laboral.


Introduction: The relationship between the development of the categories of originality, flexibility, autonomy and motivation of the creative mode of action is important. The objective of the article was to develop a system of indications for the development of categories of the creative mode of action in university students. Methods: A mixed investigation was carried out, where the universe was made up of students of the Pedagogy-Psychology degree at the University of Sancti Spíritus "José Martí Pérez" in the 2021-2022 academic year and an intentional random sample of 24 students from the third year was taken. In the research, actions were designed to solve problems in work practice and a self-assessment scale about the development of the categories of the creative mode of action. Results: The statistical processing of the applied instruments allowed 75 % of the sample to be placed between a medium and low level in the development of categories of the creative mode of action, due to deficiencies in its expression. Discussion: From referenced theoretical foundations, a proposal of indications was analyzed that allow the systematization of learning content and facilitate the development of autonomous and motivating actions to solve problems in the work context. Conclusions: The development of indications, from the main integrative discipline and in close relationship with the declared categories of the creative mode of action, facilitated its development and demonstrated relevance and feasibility in the context of work practice.

El desarrollo de la Bioética en Latinoamérica ha enfrentado un problema que la Filosofía afrontó hacia mediados del siglo XX: la originalidad de pensamiento. En el trabajo se recuerdan la visión pesimista de Salazar Bondy y la optimista de Zea respecto a la filosofía, como marco antecedente para presentar posturas contemporáneas optimistas y pesimistas en relación con una "Bioética latinoamericana". Se destacan paralelismos entre filósofos pesimistas y bioeticistas pesimistas a través de metáforas como el trasplante de ideas. Posteriormente se hace un recorrido sobre los estudios sociales de la ciencia y algunas extensiones que podrían hacerse hacia la Filosofía y la Bioética. Se finaliza considerando que no hay una propuesta "autóctona" de "Bioética latinoamericana", y que lo que realmente puede elaborarse es una "Bioética en Latinoamérica"...


Development of bioethics in Latin America has faced a problem that philosophy faced previously by the middle of the twentieth century: originality of thought. This paper recalls the pessimistic view of Salazar Bondy and optimistic one of Zea about philosophy, as a historical framework to show optimistic and pessimistic contemporary views regarding a "Latin American bioethics". The paper highlights parallels between pessimistic philosophers and pessimistic bioethicists through metaphors like ideas transplantation. Subsequently, the paper traces a path on social studies of science and some extensions that could be made into philosophy and bioethics. It ends by considering that there is not a "native" proposal of "Latin American bioethics," and that it can really be developed as "bioethics in Latin America."...


O desenvolvimento da bioética na América Latina enfrentou um problema com o qual se deparou a filosofia em meados do século XX: a originalidade de pensamento. No trabalho é lembrada a visão pessimista de Salazar Bondy e a otimista de Zea a respeito da filosofia, como marco antecedente para a apresentação de posturas contemporâneas otimistas e pessimistas em relação a uma "bioética latino-americana". São destacados paralelismos entre filósofos pessimistas e bioeticistas pessimistas através de metáforas como o transplante de idéias. Posteriormente é feito um percurso nos estudos sociais da ciência e sobre algumas extensões que poderiam ser feitas à filosofia e à bioética. Finaliza considerando que não há uma proposta "autóctone" de "bioética latino-americana", e o que realmente pode ser feito é uma "bioética na América Latina"...

Résumé

1) The study tour was organized by Dr. Hinohara to learn about the medical education in North America and its philosophy to support the method.<BR>2) The McMaster University, which started PBL curriculum in 1969, began COMPASS curriculum which focuses on conceptual thinking and e-learning in which tutorial groups still remain as the key to the learning process.<BR>3) The Duke University, which values the researcher promotion, began a new curriculum including at further integration of basic and clinical medicine and structural clinical training (Intersession).<BR>4) The Washington University, which constructed WWAMI Program that cooperated with the medical institutions in four states surrounding Washington, started College System to support the students and to strengthen their clinical competencies.<BR>5) Common aspects of the innovation of medical education in North America are (1) further integration of the basic and clinical medicine, (2) early exposure to the principle of clinical medicine and (3) promotion of professionalism by Clinical Preceptorship.

OBJECTIVES: How dose the Journal of Korean Neuropsychiatric Association reconcile both the essential companion in clinical practice and the leading academic journal of general psychiatry? METHODS: I have been involving 2 projects of the British Journal of Psychiatry (BJP), the leading international journal of general psychiatry. The first is a comparison between papers that are seen by referees who are willing for their names to be closed to the authors of previous papers and those who do not wish their names to be closed. The second involves the rejection rates and long-term outcome of papers submitted from low and middle income countries (LAMI). RESULTS: Many referees of BJP were supportive of disclosure but not so much when it comes to the bad news. LAMI are contributing well to the psychiatric literature, though conclusions from the results can only be tentative in view of the relative small numbers. CONCLUSION: The BJP showed me that good journalism in an academic publication is not oxymoron. The criterion of the originality and the scientific reliability should remain uncompromised at any time and these should remain the clearest guides. I also would like our journal to be more excellence in clinical communication.
