Résumé

Objective To discuss the sedative and hypnotic effect of Jiaotai Pills on insomnia in PCPA rat model .Methods The PCPA ( PCPA acid) rats insomnia model was established, and the rats were divided into the model group, high, middle and low dosage of Jiaotai Pills group, and diazepam positive control group. The high performance liquid detective method was adopted to observe the effect of Jiaotai Pills on rat insomnia and hypothalamus neurotransmitters 5-HT and GABA.Results Compared with the model group, there existed significant difference in the insomnia state of rats and the central neurotransmitters 5 -HT in the high and middle dosages of Jiaotai Pill group and diazepam group. However, in the comparison of the high and middle dosages of Jiaotai Pill group and the model group, there was no significant difference in GABA in the central nervous system .Conclusion Jiaotai Pills has sedative and hypnotic efficacy. Its mechanism may be related to the effects of central neurotransmitter 5 -HT.Its relationship with GABA in the central nervous system is not obvious. The research has significant influence on the further development of Jiaotai Pills.

Résumé

Antibody drugs have experienced development for nearly 30 years. There are varieties of therapeutic antibody drugs successfully used in clinical practice. The design of pre-clinical and clinical pharmacokinetic studies for antibody drugs has achieved some progress. This article analyzed the issues in the pharmacokinetic studies of therapeutic antibody drugs from four aspects, including challenges for pharmacokinetic studies, pharmacokinetic characteristics, pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic research and some examples of pharmacokinetic studies. As for the prospects for future development, one of challenges is the establishment of bio-analytical methods, which ensure the reliability of the basic findings. Another challenge is the PK and PK/PD analysis. For antibody drugs displaying obvious targeting ability, target distribution is the key point of their pharmacokinetic studies. PK/PD model for data analysis, exposure-response assessment, and release of targeted drug delivery face more prominent challenges.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamic action of Yunkang Capsule(YKC).Methods The animals were divided into YKC groups(at high-,moderate-and low-dosage respectively),diphenidol control group, model control group and blank control group. The action of YKC on vertigo and thrombosis, hemorrheologic indexes, piamatral microcirculation and free radicals of the animal models were observed. Results YKC could significantly prolong the latency of vertigo, reduce wet weight of thrombus, decrease blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit, promote the dilation of piamatral micro-vessels,increase the amount of interweave microdot, increase plasma SOD activity and decline plasma MDA content of animal models. Conclusion YKC has actions of counteracting vertigo and thrombosis, improving hemorrheology and microcirculation, and clearing away free radicals.

Résumé

Objective To compare the main pharmacodynamic actions between Siji Sanhuang Capsules (SSC) and Siji Sanhuang Pills (SSP). Methods Antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of SSC and its effect on the intestinal movement in normal mice and constipation mice were observed. Results SSC could relieve fever in rats induced by the fresh beer yeast and 2,4-dinitrophenol, significantly inhibit the auricular swelling induced by xylol and the increased capillary permeability caused by histamine in mice, and promote the intestinal movement in normal mice and constipation mice. In-vitro antibacterial experiments showed that SSC had an obvious bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aureus, typhoid bacillus, Bacillus coli, Shigella flexneri, pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus proteus. The effects were in a dose-dependent manner and the effects of SSC were stronger than those of SSP. Conclusion SSC exerts a Strong antipyretic, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and carthartic effect.

Résumé

Objective: To study the pharmacodynamic effect of Reganling Oral Liquid(RGL) in treating wind heat epidemic syndrome. Methods: After RGL was administered ig to experiment animals, we observed its antifebrile effect by using pathologic hectic rabbit caused by typhoid bacterin and pathologic hectic rat caused by injection of 2,4 dinitro phenol, anti inflammation effect by weighing the tampon acestoma in rat, anti anaphylaxis effect by using delay anaphylactoid mice caused by injection of 2,4 dinitrochloro benzene. The Liquid Tube Observing Method was used to investigate the bacteriostatic activity of RGL on eight kinds of germina in vitro . Results: RGL could evidently inhibit the raising of animal heat caused by bacterin and chemical, and also could markedly restrain the weight of tampon acestoma in rat and delay anaphylactoid in mice. RGL also had remarkably bacteriostatic activity on eight kinds of germina in vitro which mainly caused wind heat epidemic syndrome. Conclusion: RGL had the evident effects of antifebrile, anti inflammation, anti anaphylaxis and bacteriostatic activity in vitro .

Résumé

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacodynamic action of Kanggan granules(KG).METHODS:After KG was administered i.g.to experiment animals, the antifebrile effect by using pyretic rats induced by fresh beer-yeast,anti-in?flammation effect by using auricle swelling in mice caused by bimethylbenzene and antitussive effect by using cough-model in mice caused by ammonia were observed and the quantity of phenolred secreted from the mouse's trachea were determined. RESULTS:KG could evidently decrease the temperature of febrile rats, lighten the auricle swelling in mice, delay the cough incubation period and reduce the cough frequency in mice, and markedly promote the secretion of phenolred from the mouse's trachea.CONCLUSION:KG has evident effects of antifebrile,anti-inflammation,antitussive and expectorant.
