Résumé

O objetivo deste estudo consiste em verificar a contribuição de um programa de jogos e brincadeiras adaptados para o desenvolvimento de alunos com deficiência física, realizado em uma Escola Estadual que possui salas especiais para deficientes físicos. Participaram deste estudo dois professores responsáveis pelas classes especiais de deficientes físicos, dois estagiários do Curso de Pedagogia e dezoito alunos deficientes físicos. Primeiramente, foi feita avaliação das habilidades e dificuldades dos alunos; a seguir foi elaborado e aplicado um programa de intervenção. O programa contou com 17 atividades adaptadas que foram desenvolvidas em vinte e duas aulas, com duração de uma hora cada. As atividades foram gravadas em fitas de vídeo. Os dados obtidos nas filmagens foram categorizados e discutidos com o propósito de identificar informações sobre a contribuição das atividades realizadas para o desenvolvimento dos alunos deficientes físicos. A analise permitiu identificar quatro classes: A) transferência de postura dos alunos, B) posicionamento corporal dos alunos durante a atividade, C) locomoção dos alunos durante a atividade, D) contribuição da atividade proposta para o desenvolvimento do aluno. A partir dos resultados observados, conclui-se que a proposta pode contribuir de maneira positiva para o desenvolvimento físico, acadêmico, emocional e social de alunos com deficiência física no ambiente escolar.


This survey aims to verify the contribution of a program of games and plays adapted to the development of physically handicapped students. Two teachers responsible for the physically handicapped student's class participated of this survey. The activities took place in a Public State School that has special classes for those students. The first step was an evaluation of the student's difficulties and skills, after that, an intervention program was elaborated and applied. The program had 17 adapted activities developed during 22 one hour classes. The activities were videotaped. The data seen in tapes was categorized and discussed with the purpose to identify information on the contribution of those activities for the physically handicapped students. This analysis allowed identifying four categories. A) transference of student's posture, B) body placement of students during the activity; C) student's locomotion during activity; D) contribution of the proposed activity for the student development. From the observations, we conclude that the proposal contributed in a positive way to the physical, academic, emotional and social development of the physically handicapped students within the school environment.

Résumé

Objective To investigate on out the deformity in the elderly of longevous area and the characteristics of the regions in Yunnan Province. Methods According to the forth census information, using multistage sample typical survey to the 18 counties (cities) with centenarians over 1/100 000. The deformity types of people aged 60 and over and the deformity rate of various age groups and its distribution were investigated. Results Among the 6 477 people aged 60 and over investigated, a total of 1 928 people were in deformity, the deformity rate was 29 8%. The elder the people, the higher the deformity rate was. The highest deformity rate was in Kunming and Chuxiong prefectures. The audition deformity was highest among all types of deformity in elder people. The occurrence of fracture was highest in Miao Nation in Honghe prefecture, reaching 18.1%. About 14 % of the centenarian people sufferred from dementia. Conclusions Effective control in blood pressure and osteoporosis are important method to protect the elder people and to promote the level of quality of life of the elderly.
