Résumé

Paraquat (PQ) as a kind of sterile and herbicides, has effects of contact-kill and systemic action, which can be absorbed quickly by green plants and make them wither and die. Therefore, it is widely used in the agricultural production and occupies a large part in our country's pesticide market. PQ poisoning has become one of the most common pesticide poisoning in our country. PQ can be passivated when combining with soil, but it has great toxicity for human. There are still no specific antidotes for PQ poisoning at home and abroad, and the death rate of PQ oral poisoning is up to 95%. Clinically comprehensive treatment is adopted, including gastric lavage, intentional diarrhea, diuresis and blood perfusion. However, the therapeutic effect is not good and the case fatality rate keeps high. It has become one of the hot issues for emergency medicine study to search PQ's special efficiency measures. This paper briefly reviews PQ's poisoning mechanism and its clinical treatment progress to provide new exploration direction and treatment ideas for basic research and clinical treatment of PQ.

Résumé

The species in Aconitum L. are commonly used in China as well known toxic herbs. Its main components, such as aconitine, mesaconitine, and hypaconitine, have significant pharmacological activity, and are also its toxic components. As a result, the therapeutic dose and toxic dose are very close, and the clinical therapeutic window is narrow. Adverse reactions and poisoning incidents occur frequently in clinic, which limits its wide applications. Modern toxicology studies on the plants of Aconitum L. to make the toxicity and its clear mechanism have important significance for more reasonable clinical guidance and safety evaluation. This paper reviews the toxicity of the plants of Aconitum L. and its mechanism and provides a scientific basis for clinical use.

Résumé

In this paper, the origins, characteristics and poisoning mechanisms of shellfish poisons including the paralytic shellfish poison(PSP),the diarrheic shellfish poison(DSP), the neurotoxic shellfish poison(NSP) and the amnestic shellfish poison(ASP) were introduced briefly. Methods of assay and detoxification of shellfish poisons were also discussed in detail.
