RÉSUMÉ

This article deals with the power spectrum analrsis of some healthy young women and some patients with abrupt pulse. It is found that in the healthy young women the spectra show that the most energy basically distributes within the range of 0~20 Hz this suggests that the blood current is relatively smooth. In the hyperthyroid patients it shows that within full range of 0~200 Hz widely distributes the energy and main part of which locates in the range of 0~20 Hz where the distibution of energy shows the phenomenon of early decline. This indicates that there is obvious increase of turbulenoe and decline in blood stability in patients 'vessds. The power spectrum in early pregnant women demonstrates that most part of energy distributes within the range of 0~20 Hz where the energy declines slowly. This is different from that of the hyperthyoid patients. Moreover, nearby 100 Hz there is often seen an obvious peak. These means that the blood stability in eraly pregnant women declines to some extent between above two ses. This article has provided a useful datum for researching the cause of formation of the pulse and studying the theory of pulse condition of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.
