Résumé

Objective To explore the relationship between aryl hydrocar-bon receptor (AhR),aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT),estradiol (E2),estrogen receptor (ER) and recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) through observing the level of serum AhR,ARNT,E2,and AhR,ARNT,ER in decidua and chorionic tissues of the patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods 64 cases of RSA patients who induced abortion at the Shanxi Dayi hospital from May 2015 to September2017 were chosen as RSA group, and 30 cases of healthy abortion women of the same period who had born full-term normal fetus were choosen as the normal group. The serum, villi and decidua of each case were collected during abortion. The level of AhR,ARNT,ER of both groupswere detected by enzyme-linked immunoscrbent assay (ELISA) method. The Serum E2 lever were detected by the method of chemical luminescence. The data of all the patients were analyzed. Results (1) The level of ARNT in peripheral blood of RSA group was significantly higher than that of normal group (P < 0.05),and the levels of AhR and E2 in peripheral blood were not statistically significant between the two groups (P > 0.05).The levels of AhR and ARNT in villi and decidua were significantly higher in RSA group than in normal group (P < 0.05),while the expression of ER in villi and decidua was significantly lower in RSA group than in normal group (P < 0.05).(2) There was no significant difference in the ratio of AhR/ARNT between the two groups (P > 0.05);the ratio of AhR/ER and ARNT/ER in the villi and decidua of the RSA group was higher than that of the normal group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Overexpression of AhR and ARNT and low expression of ER in villi and decidua tissues may be related to the occurrence of RSA.

Résumé

Objective To explore the expression and correlation of Fascin-1 and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. Methods The immunohistochemical technique,EnVision method, was used to evaluate the expression of Fascin-1 and EGFR in 294 cases of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, which contains 290 cases of estrogen receptor (ER) positive and 244 cases of progestrone receptor (PR) positive.According to ER,PR,Epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2),and Ki-67 status, all cases of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer were categorized into 2 subtypes:160 cases of luminal A and 134 cases of luminal B.Results Fascin-1 and EGFR protein positive rates in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer was 13.9% (41/294) and 30.6% (90/294),respectively.Fascin-1 positive rate was significantly higher in EGFR positive cases (30.0%,27/90) than in EGFR negative cases (6.9%,14/204) (x2 =27.857,P =0.000).In the ER positive and PR positive cases,Fascin-1 positive rates were both significantly higher in EGFR positive cases than in EGFR negative cases (x2 =29.23,P =0.000;x2 =27.596,P =0.000,respectively).In the Luminal A and Luminal B subtype,Fascin-1 positive rates were also both significantly higher in EGFR positive cases than in EGFR negative cases (x2 =23.247,P=0.000;x2 =5.325,P=0.021,respectively).Conclusions EGFR signal pathway may positive regulate Fascin-1 expression in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.

Résumé

Objective To analyze the pathologic and biology features and prognosis of HER-2,ER and PR negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods Clinic pathologic data of 329 breast cancer patients was retrospectively analyzed. The expression of HER-2, ER, PR and P53 was determined by immunohistochemistry. The patients were divided into three groups, including TN group [ HER-2 (-), ER (-), PR (-)], HER-2 group [HER-2(+),ER(-),PR(-)] and HR group [ER(+),PR(-) or (+),HER-2(-) or (+) ].The pathology and biology features and P53 masculine expression of the three groups were compared. The 5-year overall survival and disease free survival were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method. Results Of the 329 patients, 20.97% (69/329) was TN group, 34.04% (112/329)was HER-2 group, and 44.98% (148/329) was HR group. The percentage of with lymph node metastasis in TN group 55.07% (38/69) was higher than that in HER-2 group 42.86% (48/112) and HR group 43.24% (64/148) (χ2 = 12.57, P < 0.05).The rates of P53 positive, operation recurrence and metastasis in TN group were 44.93%, 27.54% and 20.29%, which were higher than that in HER-2 group (20.54% ,16.07%,16.96%) and HR group (18.24%, 12.84%, 10.81%) (χ2=12.23, 8.36, P <0.05).The ratio of tumor ≥5cm, Ⅲ stages, Ⅲ grade and soakage canula cancer among three groups had statistical difference (χ2 = 7.25,8.79,9.23,8.48, P < 0.05).The 5-year overall survival in three groups were 75.36%,82.14% ,85.14% and disease free survival were 68.12% ,78.57% ,82.43% (χ2 =8.52, P <0.05).Conclusion The pathology and biology traits of TNBC were high rate of P53 (+) and recurrence and lymph node metastasis. The most important factor for poor prognosis of TNBC was the low rate of disease free survival for 5 years.

Résumé

Objective To explore the changes of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in the endometria of pro-liferative phase in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients. Methods Thirty-two patients who suffered PCOS combined with infertilitas feminis were enrolled in this study, and 20 cases of tubal infertilitas feminis having the corresponding time period were selected as controls. The expressions of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in the endometria were observed by pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining. Results The expressions of ER and PR in the PCOS group in the glands and interstitium of endometrial a-mong three different periods were not significantly different. The expressions of ER and PR in the glands and interstitium of endometrial a-mong three different periods in the control group were significantly different. There was no statistical difference in the expressions of ER, PR in the glands and interstitium of the early endometria between PCOS group and control group. The expressions of ER in the glands and inter-stitium of the middle endometrial in PCOS group was significantly lower than that of control group. The expressions of ER and PR in the glands and interstitium of the late proliferative endometrial in PCOS group was significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion ER and PR of endometrial in the PCOS patients decreased. The cyclical of ER and PR in the PCOS patient were irregular.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the changes of estrogen receptor expression in mast cells of bronchial mucosa from female asthmatic patients. Methods 12 cases of female asthmatic patients and 9 cases of control female patients were enrolled in this study. The bronchial mucosa was obtained from the third grade bronchial by fiexible bronchofiberscope.Mast cells were marked by anti-mast cell tryptase monoclonal antibody, the expression of estrogen receptor(ER)were detected by anti-human estrogen receptor(ER)monoclonal antibodies. Results Mast cells and estrogen receptor positive cells of bronchial mucosa in female asthmatic patients were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Coincident with the known features of bronchial asthma, the cells positive for estrogen receptor were morphologically similar to the mast cells. The cells stained for estrogen receptors by dual immunostaining coincided exactly with cells labeled as mast cells. Conclusion The result suggested the estrogen may be involved in the pathogenesis of female asthmatic patient through the changes of estrogen receptor expression in mast cells of bronchial mucosa.
