Résumé

Abstract@#Saposhnikovia divaricata, a perennial herb belonging to the family Umbelliferae, is widely distributed in many provinces of Mongolia. The dried root of Saposhnikovia divaricata has been used for the treatment of arthritis and as a painkiller in Mongolian folk medicine. Moreover, its dried root (Radix Saposhnikoviae) is used as a Chinese herbal medicine for the therapy of immune system, nervous system, and respiratory diseases. According to phytochemical and pharmacological studies, the main ingredients of Saposhnikovia divaricata are chromones, coumarins, acid esters, and polyacetylenes. These compounds indicate anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, analgesic, antiproliferative, and immunoregulatory activities. Cimifugin is an active ketone ingredient from Saposhnikovia divaricate, Rhizoma cimicifugae. Cimifugin has been reported to have bacteriostatic and antiviral effects. Studies have reported that cimifugin inhibits allergic inflammation by reducing the levels of cytokines. The aim of this review is to provide extensive information on the traditional use, ethnopharmacology, phytochemistry, pharmacology mechanism of action, and health products from Saposhnikovia divaricata .

Résumé

Objective: To establish the regeneration system of Saposhnikovia divaricate (Turcz.) Schisck. Methods: The effects of different explants, temperature, medium, and illumination was studied on the induction of S. divaricate. Response surface test design was used to optimize the hormone ratio of callus induction and proliferation. Results: The leaves of S. divaricate were used as the experimental materials, the optimal medium for the callus induction was MS + 6-BA 0.90 mg/L + 2,4-D 1.05 mg/L + KT 0.96 mg/L, with temperature of 25 ℃ and light of 12 h/d. The optimal medium for callus proliferation was MS + 6-BA 0.56 mg/L + 2,4-D 0.48 mg/L + KT 0.40 mg/L, and the subculture cycle was 35 d. The optimal medium for adventitious shoots was MS + NAA 0.6 mg/L + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L. The optimal medium for root growing was MS + NAA 0.4 mg/L + 6-BA 0.1 mg/L. Conclusion: S. divaricate callus was successfully induced and a stable and efficient plant regeneration system was established.

Résumé

Saposhnikovia divaricate, a kind of traditional medicinal herbs, is widely used in China. The chemical composition of S. divaricate is very complicated, whose main active substances are ketone, coumarin, volatile oil and other ingredients. The pharmacological activities of S. divaricate are mainly concentrated in the antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and other aspects. In this paper, the literatures on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of S. divaricate at home and abroad are summarized, and some suggestions are put forward for future research. The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the development and utilization and in-depth study of S. divaricate.
