To observe the analgesic effect of Jiedu Tuoyin Decoction (JTD) and its influence on reproduction of morphine dependence rats. JTD is composed of Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Aconiti, Radix Astragali, Radix Codonopsis, Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis, etc..Sixty rats were randomly allocated to six groups: normal saline group (Group A), morphine and normal saline group (Group B), morphine and clonidine group(Group C),morphine and low dosage of JTD group (Group D), morphine and moderate dosage of JTD group (Group E) and morphine and high dosage of JTD group (Group F).Content of ? endophin(? EP) in hypothalamus and plasma, substance P (SP) content in ganglion nodosum(GN) and nucleus tractus solitarii(NTS) and serum levels of sexual hormones were examined.(1) ? To investigate the effects of Bushen Yixin Tablet (BYT) on plasma lipid peroxide (LPO) and sexual hormone in renal hypertension rats. Goldblatt's renal hypertension rat models were established. Objective To explore the influences of Bushen Zhuanggu Granule (BZG)on contents of sexual hormones and metabolism of calcium and phosphorous in early menopausal women.Methods One hundred and Twenty-two early menopausal women were allocated to two groups:Group A was treated with BZG and Group B with nylestriol.Serum contents of sexual hormones and indexes of calcium and phosphorous metabolism were observed before and after treatment.Results After six months of treatment,the contents of serum estradiol(E 2)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)were increased and the ratio of urine calcium and creatinine(Ca/Cr)decreased(P 0.05).The contents of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luternizing hormone(LH)were increased in Group A as compared with Group B(P
