Résumé

Objective To investigate the application value of solution focused brief therapy in the caring of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods A total of 180 active UC patients were assigned into control group (90 cases) and observation group (90 cases) using random number table. The two groups were given continuous nursing. For the observation group, the patients received the intervention of solution-focused brief therapy. SF-36 Health Survey (SF-36), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and treatment efficacy rate before and after the interventions were compared between the two groups. Univariate analysis was used to determine the related factors of effective treatment of UC. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the eight scales of SF-36 between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the eight scales of SF-36, ie, physical functioning, role limitations due to physical health problems, bodily pain, vitality, general health, social functioning, role limitations due to emotional health problems, and mental health were (70.0±20.9), (72.2± 16.3), (71.9 ± 21.7), (68.7 ± 18.2), (70.4 ± 19.3), (69.5 ± 20.4), (68.9 ± 19.3), (72.6 ± 19.7) points in the observation group, and (62.2 ± 18.7), (66.3 ± 18.8), (65.7 ± 15.2), (62.6 ± 17.4), (62.9 ± 14.9), (63.5 ± 14.6), (61.9±15.2), (64.1±14.5) points in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (t=2.220-3.291, P<0.01). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, SASand SDS was (37.3±10.8), (36.8±10.6) points in the observation group and (41.0 ± 11.6), (41.3 ± 12.7) points in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (t=2.215, 2.581, P<0.05) . The efficacy rate was 88.9%(80/90) in the observation group, and 73.3%(66/90) in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (χ2=7.420, P=0.024). Solution focused brief therapy was the related factor of effective treatment in UC patients (χ2=7.107, P=0.008). Conclusions Solution focused brief therapy could improve the quality of life, reduce anxiety and depression, and increase the treatment efficacy in patients with UC, which was an effective intervention method with clinical application value.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the effect of solution-focused brief therapy on the care burden, depression and anxiety emotions in the primary caregivers of children with type I diabetes. Methods Totally126 children with type 1 diabetes and 126 primary caregivers were randomly divided into two groups, control group(n=63 pairs)and intervention group(n=63 pairs)using random number table method. And the two groups were given conventional nursing care. For the intervention group, the primary caregivers accepted the solution-focused brief therapy. The Caregiver Burden Inventory(CBI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after interventions were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention,CBI,SAS and SDS were similar between the two groups (P> 0.05). After intervention: the CBI total score and five sessions, ie, time-dependent load, development-limited load, physiological load, social load, and emotional load of the intervention group were (42.78 ± 11.44), (15.74 ± 3.97), (10.76 ± 2.14), (6.85 ± 1.09), (6.15 ± 0.95), (3.28 ± 0.56), respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group(51.87 ± 12.20),(17.67 ± 4.76), (12.74 ± 2.58),(8.73 ± 1.13),(7.98 ± 1.26),(4.75 ± 0.75)(t=2.47-12.47,P<0.05).After intervention, the SAS (35.43 ± 9.34) and SDS (42.54 ± 10.24) were significantly reduced for the intervention group compared with the control group (46.52 ± 11.42) and (50.06 ± 12.07) (t =5.66, 4.01, P<0.05). Conclusions Solution-focused brief therapy can effectively decrease the care burden of primary caregivers of children with type 1 diabetes and alleviate their anxiety and depression emotions.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the effects of solution-focused brief therapy on self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with stroke.methods 60 patients with stroke recruited at the department of rehabilitation of a hospital in Chengde city from January to June 2016 were divided into control group (n=30) and experimental group (n=30).Both groups received conventional nursing care and rehabilitation treatment. In addition, the experimental group received psychological intervention of solution-focused brief therapy,2-3 times a week,30-45 minutes for each time. The self-perceived burden scale(SPBS),memorial university of Newfoundland scale of happiness(MUNSH) and short from 36 health survey questionaire(SF-36) were used to assess the patients before and after intervention.Result s(1)The differences of the scores of SPBS ((39.27±5.83) vs (22.40±4.03),t=16.248,P<0.01) and MUNSH ((4.20±4.50) vs (31.10±3.66),t=-24.136,P<0.01) for the experimental group before and after the intervention were statistically significant. There were statistically significant differences in scores of SPBS ((22.40±4.03) vs (35.30±2.63),t=-14.683,P<0.01) and MUNSH ((31.10±3.66) vs (19.67±3.64),t=12.127,P<0.01) between the experimental group and control group after the intervention.(2)The scores of physiologic functioning, general health, vitality, social functioning,role-emotional and mental health for the experiment group were higher than before(t=-23.427--6.624,all P<0.01).After the intervention, the scores of physiologic functioning, general health, vitality, social functioning,role-emotional and mental health in the experiment group were higher than those in control group(t=5.705-12.806,all P<0.01).Conclusion Solution-focused brief therapy can effectively reduce the self-perceived burden of stroke patients and improve their quality of life.

Résumé

Objective To evaluate the effect of the miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy on memory tend and emotional stage in a non?clinical situation in college students. Methods A quasi?experimental design was adopted, and two kinds of materials for self?coaching( solution?focused, problem?focused) were devel?oped according to the previous researches. Seventy?two subjects were randomly divided into two groups, receiving the miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy( The miracle question group, thirty?six subjects) or problem?focused coaching intervention(problem?focused group, thirty?six subjects).Exception memories number and positive and negative emotion level were evaluated between the two groups. Results The subjects receiving the miracle question group write more exception memories (3.67±2.07) than problem?focused group (1.61±1.18) ( t=5.178, P0.05) . Conclusion The miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy can trigger the subjects to exceptional memories .This suggests that in practical application, questions order has impact on the effect of consultation. Be?fore asking exception question, miracle questions should be asked in the use of solution?focused intervention.
