Discussion on Large-Scale Medical Imaging Equipment:Survey of Large-Scale Medical Imaging Equipment in Zhangjiagang City / 医疗卫生装备

The equipping and management of large-scale medical imaging equipment in both private and state hospitals are discussed. Machines such as DSA, CT, MR in 15 hospitals in Zhangjiagang city were surveyed and statistically analyzed. Suggestions are also given.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the rational structure of hospital drug charge in state hospitals and the approaches to improve the reimbursement mechanism for state hospitals.METHODS:The detailed document about"reforming or cancelling the drug price addition policy in state hospitals"stated in the Proposals on Deepening Reform of Medical System were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:"Reforming or cancelling the drug price addition policy in state hospitals"does not necessarily mean the simply cancelling of drug price addition policy in state hospitals,instead,it was achieved by establishing reasonable structure of hospital drug charge and improving the reimbursement mechanism for state hospitals guaranteed by complete operational approaches and supporting policy.
