Résumé

With in-depth studies on the etiology and pathogenesis, pathological viscera and bowels, and rule of disease progression of primary liver cancer in recent years, some clinical and experimental results have been achieved for the treatment of primary liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine, such as treatment based on syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, compound prescriptions and monomers of Chinese herbs, oral administration of drugs/acupuncture and moxibustion/external application, and prevention before disease onset and prevention of recurrence, which reflects the rich methodological connotations of traditional Chinese medicine and lays a foundation for constructing a new diagnostic and therapeutic mode for liver cancer based on integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy.

Résumé

Based on our research team's clinical and basic research results of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke, and combined with TCM syndrome standard manifestations of this disease, wind, phlegm, fire, deficiency and blood stasis, this paper points out definitely that the basic pathogenesis of ischemic stroke is blood stasis caused by deficiency of both Qi and Yin. The pathogenic characteristics are deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, and the wind, fire, phlegm, deficiency and blood stasis are related one another resulting in this disease; it is established that the basic syndrome types of this disease are deficiency of both Qi and Yin and static blood blocking the collaterals, and the therapeutic regime is a recipe including the TCM ingredients having the actions of nourishing yin, tonifying Qi and improving blood circulation (Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue) and according to the patient's individual variation of syndrome differentiation, the ingredients in the recipe can be added or subtracted. In this report, a new system of treatment for ischemic stroke based on syndrome differentiation is proposed.

Modern Chinese medicine is the combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory and modern pharmaceutical technology, and is an important carrier to realize the scientification, standardization, and internationalization of TCM. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the modern Chinese medicine has made outstanding achievements, but there are still many problems to be solved. This paper focuses on the resources of Chinese medicine, treatment principle, quality markers, health industry, and other issues, analyzes several key aspects of research and development in the process of modern Chinese medicine, and puts forward some solutions. It is willing to discuss with partners, and jointly promote the healthy development of the industry.

Objective] To study Professor Wang Kungen's therapeutic principles in treating chronic constipation by data mining therapy. [Method]First, establish Wang Kungen's medical records database; then do data standardization and data mining. [Result]There are totally 207 cases that meet the demand. The major patterns of syndrome of CC in Professor Wang Kungen's medical records are as follows: gastrointestinal heat syndrome, stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency, Yin deficiency syndrome, Qi deficiency. The major prescriptions are as follows: Liumo Decoction, Xiao Yao San, Pi Yue Pill, Buzhong Yiqi decoction. There is close correlation between prescriptions and patterns as follows: gastrointestinal heat syndrome and Liumo Decoction; stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency and Xiao Yao San; Yin deficiency syndrome and Pi Yue Pill; Qi deficiency and Buzhong Yiqi decoction. There is close correlation between herbs as follows: rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and fructus arctii; rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and radix paeoniae alba; fructus cannabis and elecampane; rhizoma atractylodis and fuling; peach kernel and cortex moutan; semen raphani and fructus aurantii.[Conclusion] The evidence type of chronic constipation is relatively purging heat and keeping body fluid, soothing the liver and stomach, tonifying spleen and moistening intestines, tonifying Qi.

Résumé

Objective]To explore and analyze its original implication of the eighth article in Chapter 22 from Jinkui Yaolve. [Methods]Through learning the Jinkui Yaolve closely and referring to the explanations of masters of generations,base on the original text to analyze and elaborate the etiology, pathogenesis, syndromes and therapeutic principles with regard to miscellaneous gynecological diseases.[Results] The eighth item is the general program of miscellaneous gynecological diseases,its principal pathogenic factors include deficiency, stale chills and stagnation of Qi.Moreover,the deficiency plays a leading role in the pathogenesis.Through exploring deeply,I hold that the pulmonary abscess is actually the pulmonary asthenia in the second sentence.When the pathogenic factors attack the body,the triple energizers manifest different symptoms and signs.There is no difference between male and female on the conditions which is confined to the upper warmer and the middle warmer.Such symptoms as pulmonary asthenia,chill colic,hypochondriac pain and abdominal pain,aching at the Guanyuan aera below the navel, asthenic fever,scaly dry skin etc.Their special dissertation distributes in other chapters of Jinkui Yaolve.Yet,the symptoms in the lower warmer which are only seen in the female,owing to deficiency-cold,blood-stasis and stagnation.[Conclusion] In history, Jinkui Yaolve firstly puts forward pulse syndrome complex and treatment of miscellaneous gynecological diseases,the core ideas on miscellaneous gynecological diseases of Zhang Zhongjing also have reference significance for the present.

[Method]First, establish Wang Kungen's medical records database;then do data standardization and data mining.[Result]There are total y 408 cases that meet the demand. Postprandial distress syndrome is the major subtype of senile group while epigastric pain syndrome is the major subtype of non senile group. The major patterns of syndrome of FD in Professor Wang Kungen's medical records are as fol ows: liver qi attacking the stomach, deficiency and stagnation of spleen Qi, disharmony of stomach qi, stagnation of qi and accumulation of dampness, phlegm-heat harassing the inner body. The major prescriptions are as fol ows:ErChen Decoction, ZuoJin Pil s, SiJunZi Decoction, SiNi Powder, LiuJunZi Decoction, XiangSu Decoction, WenDan Decoction. There is close correlation between prescriptions and patterns as fol ows:liver qi attacking the stomach and SiNi Powder, ZuoJin Pil s;stagnation of qi and accumulation of dampness and ErChen Decoction,PingWei powder;phlegm-heat harassing the inner body and WenDan Decoction, ErChen Decoction; There is close correlation between herbs as fol ows: Processed Rhizoma Pinel iae and Tangerine Peel, Processed Rhizoma Pinel iae and Poria cocos; Rhizoma Coptidis and Processed Evodia rutaecarpa; Fructus Aurantii and Processed Mangnolia officinalis; Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba; Poria cocos and Atractylodes;Tangerine Peel and Caulis Peril ae; Poria cocos and Codonopsis pilosula; Radix Bupleuri and Curcuma aromatica. [Conclusion]The incidence and subtype of FD between female group and male group is different. Professor Wang Kungen's therapeutic principles in treating FD are clearing liver and adjusting stomach, soothing liver-qi stagnation,harmonizing stomach and lowering adverse qi, promoting the circulation of qi and resolving dampness and clearing phlegm heat.
