Résumé

Objective:To explore the reform and practice of bone marrow puncture simulation teaching to improve the learning ability of undergraduates.Methods:In this study, 112 students in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine bone marrow puncture teaching and training, and the experimental group received bone marrow puncture teaching and training mainly to improve the students' practical ability. Evaluation indicators were teaching effect and teaching satisfaction. SPSS 22.0 was conducted for chi-square test and t test. Results:The students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in preoperative preparation, puncture site selection, operation methods, precautions and understanding of examiner's questions ( P < 0.001), and the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with course design, classroom interaction, increasing learning interest and improving the mastery of operation skills than those in the control group were ( P < 0.001). Conclusion:The role change of teachers and the simulation teaching of bone marrow puncture to improve the practical ability of undergraduates increases the students' enthusiasm for learning the operation of bone marrow puncture, improves the quality of teaching and the students' operation skills of bone marrow puncture, and promotes the comprehensive development of students, which is worthy of further promotion.

Este estudo buscou conhecer como estudantes de Pedagogia lidam com as situações de violência intrafamiliar vividas por seus alunos e de que forma o Sociodrama de ato único pode auxiliar os futuros docentes no exercício do papel de proteção e cuidado. Os docentes puderam vivenciar situações delicadas relacionadas à violência intrafamiliar contra crianças. Além de instrumental conceitual, o Sociodrama permitiu vivenciar e expressar os sentimentos e as emoções relacionadas às ações docentes nesse tipo de situação.


The aim of this study was to explore how trainee teachers manage situations of domestic violence experienced by their pupils and how one-off sociodrama acts can help future teachers in performing their protective and caring roles. Trainee teachers were able to experience delicate situations related to domestic violence against children. Beyond being conceptual and instrumental, such sociodrama acts also allowed the trainees to experience and express feelings and emotions related to their actions in these situations.


Este estudio busca investigar de que modo los estudiantes de pedagogía se enfrentan con situaciones de violencia vivida por sus alumnos y cómo un único acto de sociodrama puede ayudar a futuros profesores en el ejercicio de la protección y el cuidado del rol. Académicos experimentaran situaciones delicadas relacionadas con la violencia doméstica contra los niños. Además de un instrumental conceptual, el sociodrama permitió experimentar y expresar sentimientos y emociones relacionados con las acciones de los profesores en este tipo de situaciones.

Résumé

Based on the analysis of Language Learning Strategies of foreign language learners and their characteristics,this paper illuminates that training on Language Learning Strategies in regular language classes helps foreign language learners become successful and independent learners.
