Résumé

Today, the incidence and mortality of perinatal thromboembolic diseases show a significant upward trend, which is mainly caused by venous thrombosis after cesarean section.Cesarean section has been identified as a high-risk factor for venous thromboembolism, which is not only related to surgical factors, but also to pathological obstetric factors in most cesarean sections. It is generally believed that the risk of bleeding after anticoagulant therapy after cesarean section is greater,so most postoperative anticoagulant therapy is not performed. However, with the increase of high-risk maternity,in order to minimize the adverse outcome,we should evaluate the risk of bleeding and thrombosis after cesarean section and the reasonable preventive anticoagulant therapy for high-risk women.By summarizing the related literature, this paper discusses how to assess the risk of thrombosis after cesarean section and effectively prevent thromboembolic events in order to determine the best time to perform anticoagulation prevention intervention.

Résumé

Objective To study the clinical and pathological features of histiocytic necmtizing lym-phadenitis( HNL) in children. Methods The clinical data and histological findings of 38 cases of HNL admitted in our hospital from June 2000 to May 2015 were reviewed. Results Most of the patients were school-age children with male-femal ratio of 1. 4: 1. The main clinical features were lymphadenopathy (100%),fever(68. 24%),leucocytopenia(52. 63%),rising of lymphocytes percentage(84. 21%). All of the lymph node excisional biopsy met the criterion of HNL. Some cases spontaneously relieved and some cases were treated with NSAID,glucocorticoid or immunoglobulin and benefited significantly. There was no recurrence. Conclusion The clinical situation is not specific. The diagnosis is established by lymph node ex-cisional biopsy. HNL is benign and self-limited disease. The effect of management using glucocorticoid, NSAID and immunoglobulin is remarkable. Long term follow-up is necessary.

Résumé

[Objective] Summarize the treatment of type 2 diabetes from Prof. SUN Zhi 's experience in order to direct clinical learning, by using acupuncture therapy to purge stomach fire and reinforce the spleen. [Method] Sum up the Prof. SUN Zhi 's academic ideas and clinical experience on how to select acupoints by learning from professors and researching some typical cases. [Result] Prof. SUN Zhi takes advantage of the main pathogenesis from type 2 diabetes to help guide acupoints selection on the treatment of stomach preponderance and spleen weakness. The main acupoints are Zusanli, Neiting, Zhongwan, Sanyinjiao, Taibai and Piyu. Stomach meridian requires lifting, thrusting, twirling and rotating on Zusanli, Zhongwan and Neiting, while Spleen Maridian requires lifting, thrusting, twirling and rotating on Sanyinjiao, Taibai and Piyu, which in together benefit purging fu-organs to eliminate heat, strengthening spleen and nourishing qi and improving islet function.[Conclusion] Professor SUN Zhi has a unique experience especially in terms of diabetes treatment with the theory of spleen and stomach, in which the clinical efficacy has been significantly achieved. His performance has important direction to our future research and study.
