RÉSUMÉ

Objective To investigate the vaccination status and vaccination willingness of novel coronavirus in HIV/AIDS population in Yunnan. Methods From October 2021 to June 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 2180 HIV/AIDS patients in Kunming,Qujing,Yuxi,Zhaotong,Puer,Baoshan,Lincang,Honghe,Wenshan,Xishuangbanna,Dali,Dehong and Nujiang prefectures. The questionnaire included age, sex, education, nationality, education level, vaccination, adverse reactions within 7 days after the vaccination, safety of COVID-19 vaccine, awareness of effectiveness, vaccination willingness and so on.Results Among the subjects,2109 completed 3 injections, accounting for 96.74%,and 71 were not vaccinated, accounting for 3.26% .Within 7 days of inoculation, local adverse reactions occurred in 116 cases, accounting for 5.50%,and systemic adverse reactions occurred in 56 cases, accounting for 2.66% .Injection site pain, fatigue and muscle pain accounted for the highest proportion of adverse symptoms in different sex,age and the Han nationality, while the proportion of minority adverse reactions was very low,and there was no difference among the different sex and age(P>0.05).The main reasons for the reluctance of HIV/AIDS population to be vaccinated were(recommended by doctors)that HIV/AIDS patients could not be vaccinated(67.61%)and may have serious adverse reactions after the vaccination(19.72%).The factors affecting the vaccination were found by logistic regression analysis, whether they were worried about infecting novel coronavirus(OR = 0.121,95% CI = 0.083~0.640,P<0.001)and how much they knew about COVID-19 vaccine(OR = 28.932,95% CI = 15.469~54.115,P<0.001),safety of vaccination(OR = 13.953,95% CI = 4.819~40.404,P<0.001)and belief in the preventive effect of vaccine(OR = 14.017,95% CI = 4.752~41.348,P<0.001)were significant factors affecting vaccination.Among the 13 prefectures and cities,Dehong(20),Zhaotong(21)and Lincang(14)had the largest number of unvaccinated people. Conclusion After the mass vaccination, the rate of adverse reaction in HIV/AIDS population is low,the symptoms are mild, the correct and scientific advice and guidance from doctors and the full understanding of the harmfulness of the disease, the safety, prevention and effectiveness of the vaccine are the key to complete vaccination and put an end to vaccine hesitancy.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective To investigate the HPV vaccination status of children aged 9-14 years, parents’ vaccine-related cognition, willingness to vaccinate children and their influencing factors. Methods From January to April 2021, the convenience sampling method was used to collect data based on the online platform and the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Gynecology of the Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, Chi-square test, and logistic regression. Results A total of 864 questionnaires were collected, and 846 valid questionnaires were obtained after screening, with an effective rate of 97.9%. 13.57% of mothers and 3.09% of girls were vaccinated, and the vaccine awareness rate was 68.43%. 87.22% of parents were willing to bring their children for vaccination. Risk perception (OR=4.79, 95% CI: 2.22-10.35), willingness to vaccinate themselves (OR =29.01, 95% CI: 12.62-66.69), awareness of sex education (OR =3.73, 95% CI: 1.08-12.83) and whether the vaccines were free (P<0.001) were related to whether parents were willing to vaccinate their children. Conclusion Parents of children aged 9-14 have high awareness of HPV and HPV vaccine and are willing to vaccinate their children with HPV vaccine , but the vaccination rate in children is low. Disease perception, willingness to vaccinate, awareness of sex education, and whether vaccines are free are all the factors influencing parents' willingness to vaccinate children.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective @#To investigate the awareness of human papillomavirus ( HPV ) vaccine and willingness to vaccinate daughters among parents of primary and middle school students, so as to provide the reference for the promotion of HPV vaccine in primary and middle school girls.@*Methods @#Using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method, the parents of girls in in Grade Four to Nine from schools in Gongshu District of Hangzhou, Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing and Wuxing District of Huzhou were selected. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect demographic information, HPV vaccine related knowledge and willingness to vaccinate daughters with HPV vaccines. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for the willingness to vaccinate daughters with HPV vaccines among parents. @*Results @#Totally 1 500 questionnaires were sent out, and 1 466 were effectively collected, with an effective rate of 97.73%. There were 313 fathers responded, accounting for 21.35%; and 1 153 mothers responded, accounting for 78.65%. The awareness rate of HPV vaccine was 16.81%. The rate of willing to vaccinate daughters with HPV vaccines was 49.86%. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the patients who ever vaccinated daughters with self-paid vaccines ( OR=1.935, 95%CI: 1.473-2.541 ), knew cervical cancer ( OR=1.424, 95%CI: 1.065-1.904 ), knew HPV vaccine dose ( OR=1.672, 95%CI:1.216-2.301 ), knew the best vaccination period ( OR=1.392, 95%CI: 1.032-1.876 ), knew the need of cervical cancer screening even after vaccination ( OR=1.596, 95%CI:1.227-2.075) were more willing to vaccinate daughters with HPV vaccines, while the parents who thought HPV vaccine expensive ( OR=0.154, 95%CI: 0.099-0.240 ) were less willing to vaccinate daughters with HPV vaccines. @*Conclusions @#The rates of HPV vaccine awareness and willingness to vaccinate daughters are 16.81% and 49.86% among parents of primary and middle school students. Their knowledge of HPV vaccine and the price of the vaccine may affect their willingness to vaccinate daughters.
