Objective To understand the present status of special reports relating to microbiology at China provincial-level annual academic conference of healthcare-associated infection (HAI), and provide basis for the training and capacity-building of HAI management staff.Methods The conference arrangements for annual academic conference of provincial HAI quality control centers and HAI management societies from January 2015 to May 2017 were collected, and the special reports on microbiology were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 35 annual academic conferences held by 17 provinces/municipalities directly under the central government/autonomous regions were included in the study, most conferences (42.31％) were concentrated on the fourth quarter. 15 annual academic conferences were related to microbiology report, accounting for 5.91％ of the total reports, reporting time accounted for 4.81％ of total time. There were various forms of microbiological thematic reports, subject reports, literature exchange, and interactive exchange accounted for 68.96％, 24.14％, and 6.90％ respectively. The proportion of topics related to microbiology reports increased to a certain extent, but the proportion of reporting time decreased.Conclusion At present, the proportion and reporting time of microbiology reports in China provincial-level annual academic conference of HAI is relatively low, it is necessary to increase the number of microbiology reports in the future annual conference of HAI.
Résumé
I thought about the academic aspects of the Japan Society for Medical Education in the future. In the current situation, medical education papers published from Japan have been on an increasing trend but it was at a low level compared with the basic science. In the section of realistic and ambitions vision after 10 years, I suggested improvement of research quality through increase of the number of researches in the annual meeting etc.

In order to explore the implement of English for academic purposes (EAP) teaching,the selective course of English for international academic conference was opened up in the Third Military Medical University.The teaching practice was enacted based on 50 selected medical undergraduates,with the feature of modularized teaching,experimental study and teaching team.Teaching outcome was assessed by means of students' record,investigation questionnaire,teaching video and teachers' journal,which indicated that the course of English for international academic conference played the positive role in promoting student's ability for EAP and the key questions included how to make it interesting while keeping it professional and the quality of teachers.

International academic conference is important for universities to participate in international cooperation and exchange. The several large-scale international conferences on military medicine held by the Third Medical Military University opened up international exchange in basic medical science, clinical medicine, military medicine, etc. We have adopted a diversity of means, such as taking initiative to hold international conference, facilitating conferences that conform to the current scientific trend and making use of all possible resources to gain the opportunities for holding the international conferences. As a result, we succeeded in absorbing the latest information in science and technology, building up academic reputation, promoting international cooperation, accelerating the training of personnels, creating a good atmosphere for international exchanges, et al.

Objective To develop a Scoring System for Academic Conference Papers,in order to achieve real-time paper scoring in large academic conference with the information technology and network.Methods Based on Microsoft.Net technology,an information system Was developed,supporting multimeeting.multi-client and dynamic screen show.Results In this system,the conference inforrnation,meeting name and scoring standards Call be customized;the doctor information,papers information,used time,score detail and dynamic list Can be displayed in the screen.This system has been applied in national ophthalmic conferences several times and gained praise from the organizing committee and judges.Conclusions The scoring system for Academic Conference Papers can significantly improve efficiency,help to promote the standardization of paper scoring,and manifest the open,fair and just principles.It is worth of spreading.
