RÉSUMÉ

The present study explored the correlation of coronary heart disease(CHD) with blood stasis syndrome in postmenopausal women with artery elasticity and endothelial function indexes and evaluated the diagnostic efficacy of the prediction model via logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve model. A retrospective comparison was made between 366 postmenopausal CHD patients from August 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021, in the Department of Cardiology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of China-Japan Friendship Hospital, who were divided into the blood stasis syndrome group(n=196) and the non-blood stasis syndrome group(n=170). General clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to probe the correlation of CHD with blood stasis syndrome in postmenopausal women with brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV), ankle-brachial index(ABI), and flow-mediated dilatation(FMD), and the ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of the prediction model. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the correlation coefficients of CHD with blood stasis syndrome in postmenopausal women with baPWV, ABI, and FMD were 1.123, 0.109, and 0.719, respectively(P=0.004, P=0.005, P<0.001),and the regression equation for predicting probability P was P=1/[1+e~(-(3.131+0.116×baPWV-2.217×ABI-0.330×FMD))]. ROC curve analysis suggested that in the context of baPWV≥19.19 m·s~(-1) or ABI≤1.22 or FMD≤9.7%, it was of great significance to predict the diagnosis of CHD with blood stasis syndrome in postmenopausal women. The AUC of baPWV, ABI, FMD, and prediction probability P was 0.763, 0.607, 0.705, and 0.836, respectively. The AUC of prediction probability P was higher than that of each index alone(P<0.001), and the sensitivity and specificity were 0.888 and 0.647, respectively. The results demonstrate that baPWV, ABI, and FMD are independently correlated with CHD with blood stasis syndrome in postmenopausal women, and show certain independent predictive abilities(P<0.05). The combined evaluation of the three possesses the best diagnostic efficiency.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective:To evaluate the carotid artery elasticity in the first-degree relatives of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:Ninety first-degree relatives of patients with type 2 diabetes who received treatment in the Department of Endocrinology of Henan Provincial People′s Hospital from October 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected and designated as having a positive family history. Depending on the parental history of diabetes they were divided into three groups: 31 cases of family history positive in father (F), 31 cases of family history positive in mother (M) and 28 cases of family history positive in both father and mother (B). Thirty cases with matched age, height and weight without any history of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in their parents designated as control group were taken for comparison. Real-time intima-media thickness (RIMT) and R-VQS were employed to evaluate common carotid intima-media thickness (IMT), distance (Dist), diameter (Diam), hardness coefficient (HC) and pulse wave velocity (PWV). The differences among the groups were compared.Results:①There was no statistical significance in Diam among the four groups ( P>0.05). ②Compared with the control group, the IMT, PWV and HC in subjects with positive family history were increased, while Dist was decreased ( P<0.05). ③Paired comparison of the subjects with positive family history: the IMT, PWV and HC in B group were higher than in F and M group, and Dist was lower than in F and M group ( P<0.05). The PWV and HC in M group were higher than in F group, and Dist was lower than in F group ( P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in IMT between the F and M groups ( P>0.05). Conclusions:Carotid artery stiffness in the cases with positive family history is significantly higher than the control group. The decrease of carotid elasticity in B group is the most serious, M group takes the second place, while the F group is the least.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective To observe the changes of artery elasticity in patients with High-Normal Blood Pressure(HNBP) by ET, and search bound values in diagnosis by ROC. Methods Comparative analysis of artery IMT and β, Ep, AC, PWVβ with HNBP and normal group, which were analyzed by ROC. Results Compared with the normal group, β, Ep, PWVβ were increased in HNBP group, AC was lower significantly. Conclusion The peripheral artery elasticity have reduced before the artery IMT didn′t appear morphological change.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective To analyze the factors influencing augmentation index (AI) by examining the AI changes in patients who received continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) therapy, and evaluate the artery elastic function situation. Methods The height, weight, blood pressure, blood indicators were detected in 46 CAPD patients (CAPD group) and 42 controls (control group). AI was managed by OMRON HEM-90OOAI, and the influencing factor was analyzed. Results Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP), pulse pressure, central aortic pressure and AIp75 (AI value, when pulse was 75 beats/min) in CAPD group were significantly higher than those in control group. Within CAPD patients, the AIp75, in female was significantly higher than that in nude [(96.67±8.95 )% vs (89.89±6.46)% ,P =0.022]. Simple correlation showed positive relationship in gender, age, SBP, DBP, pulse pressure and central aortic pressure with AI; and negative relationship in height, weight and weight index with AI; while there was no relationship between AI and all kinds of chemical examination indicators or dialysis years.Multiple linear regression analysis evidenced that gender, age, height, DBP and central aortic pressure of CAPD patients had linear regression relation with AI. Conclusions It indicates a decreased artery elasticity and an increased stiffness occurs in CAPD patients. AI has tight correlation with age, height, DBP and central aortic pressure, and is an non-invasive factor thai partially reflects the arterial elasticity. Central aortic pressure is relevant with aortic elasticity and rigidity closely. Measuring central aortic pressure is very imporrant for preventing cardiovascular accident.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective To compare the artery function of male and female of all age groups in healthy Shenyang population . Methods By using CVProfilor DO 2020,we measured non-invasively the large artery elasticity index (C1) and small artery elasticity index (C2) of male and female of all age groups in healthy Shenyang population. Results CVProfilor DO-2020 showed C1 was obviously higher than C2 in healthy Shenyang population(P0 05);The results of a second DO-2020 measurement had no significant difference in short term. Conclusion The large artery elasticity was obviously higher than that of small artery. The elasticity of both large and small artery decreased with increasing age .The large artery elasticity of females is a little lower than that of males .There is no difference in small artery elasticity between the male and female.DO-2020 measuring repeated stably.
