Résumé

Objective To understand the mental health status of the nursing students,and to discuss the factors influencing the degree of anxiety before practice.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on nursing students from 10 classes in 2013 grade of nursing in a secondarytechnical school and 5 classes in higher vacation.A total of 578 valid questionnaires were acquired at last.SPSS19.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis.Results Nursing students' mental health problems,except interpersonal sensitivity and depression,are higher than national youth norm before practice (P<0.05).The anxiety level of nursing students is associated with the personality characteristics and the age of nursing students.Through regression analysis,the result shows that education,source place of students and only children has more significant effect on the degree of anxiety and there is of statistical significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion A better understand of the factor producing anxiety is needed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for psychological counseling and nursing education of nursing students.

Résumé

Objective To discuss effect of centralized training of basic operational skills for nursing students before nursing practice. Methods 176 student nurses in 2007 were set as the control group,320 nursing students in 2008 as the experimental group. The control group began practice after routine pre -practice education, based upon this, the experimental group carried out centralized training of basic operational skills for one week, only those who passed the examination could began practice, those who failed the examination should continued the training till they passed the examination. Time cost to master the operational skills, operational assessment results and evaluation of nursing practice by teachers were compared between the two groups. Results Compared to the control group, time cost to master the operational skills shortened, operational assessment results and evaluation of nursing practice by teachers improved in the experimental group. Conclusions Through centralized training of basic operational skills, time cost to master the operating skills of basic nursing by nursing students shortened, operational capability of nursing students can be improved, and the clinical nursing teaching quality can be promoted.

Résumé

1) Purpose: The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of the guidance, which was carried out for the promotion of professional identity formation immediately before the practice, to the nursing students' professional identity, self-confidence and concerns about appraisal.<BR>2) Method: 67 third-year students in a nursing professional school were guided immediately before the practice using 2 hours of lecture and 3 hours of exercises. All the contents of the lecture and exercises were prepared by us. The questionnaire survey was used before and after the guidance.<BR>3) Results: The guidance immediately before the practice had an effect to increase self-confidence and professional identity of the students, and to reduce concerns about appraisal.
