RÉSUMÉ

Objective To establish cardiac catheterization room nursing quality sensitive indicator system based on the structure-process-outcome theory, so as to guide clinical nursing and evaluate cardiac catheterization room nursing quality. Methods Based on structure-process-outcome theory,the sensitive indicator system were established by literature review,expert group discussion, Delphi method .Results The returning rates of questionnaires in the first and second round expert consultation were100.00% and 96.77%, respectively. The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.88, and the coordination coefficient of experts′ opinion was 0.293. The program included 3 first indexes, 17 second index, and 55 items. Conclusion The result of the study is scientifically reliable and credible, which can provide evaluation for the clinical nursing operation.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective To develop a piece of software to execute batch data input for PACS.Methods The running modes of HIS and PACS and related databases were analyzed.The oracle call interface (OCI) of hypertext preprocessor (PHP) was used to expand the access database,so that multi pieces of data were input into PACS database in one time.Results The batch input was realized for PACS,and the time consumed was decreased greatly while the accuracy and utilization rate of the data were guaranteed in the catheterization room.Conclusion The software expand the function of PACS with low cost and high efficiency,and meets the requirements of the catheterization room and other departments.

RÉSUMÉ

OBJECTIVE To prevent nosocomial infection from catheterization room and to reduce the rate of postoperative infection, and improve quality of catheterization room medical care. METHODS Air, object surfaces, the hands of medical staff, and using disinfectant in catheterization room were put to the test every month. RESULTS Totally 253 specimens were put surveillance over three years, total qualified rate was 99.6%, that of air was 98.6% and of object surfaces was 100%, for the hands of medical staff was 100%, and for using disinfectant was 100%. CONCLUSIONS Enhancing prevention nosocomial infection can effectively reduce the infection rate. Surveying the catheterization room termly is an important measure to prevent and control the nosocomial infection.
