Résumé

Objective To investigate the level and clinical significance of D-dimer(D-D) and fibrinogen(Fib) in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods The 83 patients with first-episode schizophrenia from March 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the study group, meanwhile 58 healthy subjects without mental illness and major somatic diseases were selected as control group. Two groups of subjects were collected from fasting sodium citrate anticoagulated plasma to detect level of D-D and Fib.Resuits The level of D-D in the first-episode schizophrenia group was(240.42±245.78)μg/L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.53±71.25)μg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While the level of Fib in the first-episode schizophrenia group (2.62 ± 0.49) g/L was significantly lower than that of the control group (2.87 ± 0.65) g/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase in D-D levels and the reduction in Fib levels in patients with firstepisode schizophrenia were not related to gender. Conclusion he patients with first-episode schizophrenia in acute stage may have hypercoagulable status and secondary fibrinolysis.

Résumé

In recent years, a number of studies have focused on malignant tumor patients with coagulant function abnormality, which causes thrombus complications, tumor growth, infiltration of closely related cells, transfer, and so on. These factors directly affect prog-nosis. Heparin is a widely known anticoagulant, and anticoagulation drugs have been included in malignant tumor treatment guide-lines. Ameaican Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), and American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) recommend low-molecular-weight heparin as the first choice for the treatment of cancer thrombosis. However, the prophylactic use of anticoagulant drugs in patients with tumor control disease, as well as the prolonged PFS and OS mechanism, is still unclear. The recently publishedReport of incidence and mortality in China(2012) suggests that lung cancer incidence and mortality ranked first place. This review will introduce several aspects of anticoagulant drugs that can be used to control the recurrence of malig-nant tumor metastasis and prolong the survival mechanism of pathophysiology.

Résumé

To observe the effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with Danshen injection on blood coagulation mechanism in children with allergic purpura nephritis, and investigate its treatment efficacy through a randomized controlled study. The results showed that before treatment, there were no significant differences in levels of D-D, APTT, PT, FIB and PLT between treatment group and control group; while after treatment, there were significant differences in levels of D-D, PT, FIB and PLT between two groups, but no difference in level of APTT. The effective rate was 90.38% in treatment group, significantly higher than 79.25% in the control group. There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups. The results suggested that tripterygium glycosides combined with Danshen injection can enhance treatment efficacy and improve blood coagulation mechanism of children in the treatment of purpura nephritis, with high safety and no adverse effects.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the relationship between inflammation and blood coagulation function in the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale (AECCP) and discuss the potential mechanism and influence on the patients. Methods The present study was based on 30 healthy controls and 141 cases of AECCP in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2014.Levels of white blood cell (WBC), neutrophil (NEUT), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP, Complement 3 (C3), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB) and thrombin time (TT) in the patients were determined. Results Compared with the healthy controls, the patients had higher levels of WBC, NEUT, hs-CRP, PT, APTT, FIB, TT (all P < 0.001) and lower level of C3 (P < 0.001). Significant positive correlations were found between the levels of WBC, NEUT and FIB (r = 0.196 and r = 0.199, both P < 0.05); hs-CRP and APTT, FIB(r = 0.234, P < 0.01 and r = 0.466, P < 0.001); C3 and FIB(r = 0.466, P < 0.001), and significant negative correlations were observed between the levels of C3 and PT, APTT, TT (r=-0.258, P<0.01;r=-0.279, P < 0.01 and r = -0.168, P < 0.05, respectively). Compared with the survival patients, the cases of death had higher levels of WBC and NEUT (both P < 0.01). The area under receiver operating characteristic curve of WBC and NEUT, predicting the prognosis, was 0.666 (95% CI 0.552, 0.780; P < 0.01) and 0.695 (95% CI 0.558, 0.801; P = 0.001) respectively. Conclusions Inflammation and blood coagulation function disorder usually coexist in the patients with AECCP, and are closely associated with the severity. Levels of both WBC and NEUT can be used as prognosis predictors for the patients.
