With the continuous advancement of critical care technologies for newborns in China, the success rate in treating critically ill newborns and premature infants has steadily improved, bridging the gap with neonatal care in Europe and America.Enhancing the treatment and long-term survival quality of NICU newborns has emerged as a prominent concern.Promisingly, comprehensive systems were established among countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, and Europ, aiming to improve neonatal care quality.This article provided an overview of the progress made in quality improvement based on neonatal perinatal collaborative networks, both domestically and internationally.Additionally, it shared valuable insights from clinical research conducted within regional neonatal perinatal collaborative networks, presenting guidelines to enhance the clinical quality of neonatal perinatal care.

In the past four decades, the worldwide neonatal collaborative network has been gradually formed, which has solved many practical problems in neonatal clinical medicine.The Neonatal Collaboration Network has led the way in conducting many of the most important trials and has built an exhaustive database.At the same time, more and more networks are making quality improvement in their work and establishing full partnerships among networks, which are contributing to the advancement of neonatal medicine and improving neonatal outcomes.In the foreseeable future, the establishment of more neonatal collaborative networks and increased connections will be critical to the advancement of neonatal medicine.

Objective:This article takes the practical experience of the construction of the cardiovascular disease clinical medicine research center in Nanjing First Hospital as an example to provide reference for institutions preparing to build a clinical research center.Methods:The center conducts top-level design based on clinical needs, and this study systematically elaborates the construction of the center from management mechanisms, research platforms, collaborative networks, team building and international cooperation.Results:The center has made remarkable progress in clinical research, scientific and technological innovation, transformation and promotion, standard formulation, and technology leading. On the basis of an international perspective, the level of regional diagnosis and treatment has been improved by optimizing the structure of subject talents, and focusing on the clinical needs of cardiovascular subspecialty.Conclusions:Taking the construction of the clinical medicine center as an opportunity, integrating superior resources, improving the level of disease diagnosis, treatment and service and enhancing international academic influence are effective measures to accelerate the development of health services and deepen medical reforms.

Objective To establish an accurate big data platform to solve the problems due to the fusion of clinical data and genomics data.Methods The contents and technology roadmap were analyzed for establishing the accurate big data platform.The platform had its technology architecture designed with distributed memory,Hadoop technology,image fusion analysis,gene mutation point comparison and etc,and the difficulties in key technologies were discussed.Results A solution of accurate big data platform was put forward for information acquisition,storage,processing and analysis as well as infrastructure,application and etc.Conclusion The platform is of practical values for fulfilling big data network of precision medicine and research on clinical diagnosis and treatment.

RÉSUMÉ

Este texto apresenta algumas visões epistemológicas - objetivismo, subjetivismo e experiencialismo -, em uma tentativa de compreender os conceitos de conhecimento e de aprendizagem subjacentes à construção de ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem. Apresenta, também, uma descrição de três plataformas de aprendizagem gratuitas - AulaNet, Moodle e TeleEduc - e enfatiza que outras ferramentas do internet pode ser adicionadas a esses ambientes educacionais virtuais, de forma a propiciar mais experiências de aprendizagem. Finalmente, conclui que o ambiente virtual retira os professores do palco da aprendizagem, pois eles também podem aprender com os alunos.


This text presents some epistemological views - objectivism, subjectivism and experientialism - aiming at understanding the concepts of knowledge and learning which underlay the construction of virtual learning environments. It also presents a description of three free learning software - AulaNet, Moodle and TeleEduc - and emphasizes that other internet tools can be added to those virtual educational environments in order to offer more learning experiences. Finally, it concludes that learning environments remove teachers from the learning stage as they can also learn with the students.
