Résumé

The main contents of doctor - patient consensus, including that the history of human diseases is much earlier than the history of medical science; in the process of medical progress, diseases are also constantly e-volving; people generally pay more attention to medicine and have prejudice to the disease; doctors focus more on"diseases" while what patients feel is"sickness"; the power of medicine is always limited and the evolution of dis-ease is infinite. On this basis,this paper analyzed the obstacles in the formation process of doctor - patient consensus and put forward the improvement countermeasures from the angle of doctor, patient and society respectively.

La sociedad a lo largo de los siglos ha tenido cambios progresivos y en la actualidad estos son rápidos e incluyen el ejercicio de la profesión médica, que ha perdido su enfoque inicial en el paciente para centrarse en un interés principalmente comercial en detrimento de la atención respetuosa al paciente. En el presente artículo se revisa cuál ha sido considerada la esencia de la profesión a lo largo de los siglos, se contrasta con la situación actual y se invita a recuperar el ejercicio médico centrado en el paciente.


Through the centuries, society has had progressive changes and at present these are fast and include the exercise of the medical profession, which has lost its initial focus on the patient to focus on trade primarily interest, expense of respectful attention to patient. This article reviews the traditional essence of the profession, contrast it with the current situation and invites to recover medical practice patient-centered.


Através de séculos a sociedade teve mudanças progressivas e atualmente são rápidos e incluem o exercício da profissão médica, que perdeu seu foco inicial no paciente para focar principalmente nos interesses comerciais em detrimento da atenção respeitosa para o paciente. Este artigo examina a essência tradicional da profissão, contrasta-se com a situação atual e convida a recuperar o exercício da medicina centrada no paciente.

Résumé

The discussion about the relationship between doctors and patients has been a hot topic in China for a long time and there are some biased views and even hostility to the doctors. Deep and multiple thoughts on this issue have been induced by the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) event happened during the winter of 2002 and the spring of 2003. After the experience of SARS episode, most people believed that the selfless contribution and dedicated spirit and the brave and fearless behavior that the doctors and nurses manifested and practiced in front of SARS merit great respect. Since the work of medical care has high risk and is very tremendous to the strength of the body of the doctors and nurses, people should deeply understand and support their work. The cbjective report and appropriate focuses by the media constructed an important bridge for the good communication between doctors and patients. The understanding and support from the public and the media have been converted to powerfully spiritual energy for the doctors and nurses to combat SARS. SARS makes a specific expression of the "go through thick and thin together" spirit of the national spirits between doctors and patients and the dedicated contribution and sacrifice by the doctors and nurses created a harmony social environment for the improvement of doctor- patient relationship.

With the introduction of Western Medicine, the hospital began to be center of medical practice in the Republic of China, the masses knew the Western Medicine gradually and accepted it. Due to many reasons, conflicts between doctors and patients occurred during medical practice, even disputes between doctors and patients were sued, which were called" cases of medical disputes" at that time. To dissect typical cases, analyze the reasons for formation of medical disputes, expect reference to problems of medical disputes at present.
