Introduction: Overweight and obesity is a serious global health problem in minors related to multiple chronic degenerative or fatal diseases.Aim: To analyze the results of available scientific studies of educational interventions in the management of overweight or obesity in adolescents.Methodology: Those studies found in a database between 2014-2019 that performed intervention or management of overweight or obesity in a population between 6 and 18 yearsof age were included.Results and Discussion: Fourteen studies met the inclusion criteria of which only three performed a probabilistic sampling being these more significant. Different types of interventions were identified from educational, cognitive-behavioral and physicalactivity promotion. The variables with the greatest significant difference were body composition and waist circumference, the Body Mass Index still has no significant difference.Conclusion: Educational interventions achieve an important role in the management of overweight or obesity having significant changes in the short, medium and long term

A maternidade no contexto do HIV/Aids é marcada pelos desafios do enfrentamento de uma doença crônica e estigmatizante e pelo temor da transmissão materno-infantil do HIV (TMI). Este artigo teve como objetivo revisar a literatura sobre intervenções direcionadas ao contexto de pré-natal de mulheres vivendo com HIV/Aids. Foram revisados fundamentos de intervenções em saúde, nas concepções de educação para saúde e abordagem sistêmica, além de aspectos teóricos e práticos do aconselhamento. Também se realizou uma revisão sobre maternidade nesse contexto, o que possibilitou a identificação de temáticas a serem abordadas em intervenções: a) aspectos físicos e emocionais da gestação no contexto do HIV/Aids; b) parto, puerpério e desenvolvimento inicial do bebê; c) família e rede de apoio social; d) convivendo com o tratamento da mãe e do bebê. Essa revisão permitiu que se criassem subsídios para a construção de uma intervenção psicoeducativa direcionada às gestantes que vivem com HIV/Aids.
Motherhood in HIV/Aids context is marked by challenges of dealing with a chronic and stigmatized disease and by the fear of mother-infant transmission of HIV. This article aimed at review the literature on interventions for pregnant women living with HIV/Aids. We revised fundaments of health interventions, as the Health Education and the Systemic Approach, besides theoretical and practical aspects of counseling. We also revised findings on motherhood in this context, which permitted the identification of themes to be used in the intervention: a) physical and emotional aspects of the pregnancy in the HIV/Aids context; b) delivery, post-partum and initial development of the infant; c) family and social support; d) living with mother and infant treatment. We believe that this review can be the basis of the construction of an intervention designed to pregnant women living with HIV/Aids.
La maternidad en el contexto del VIH/Sida es marcada por desafíos del enfrentamiento de una enfermedad crónica y estigmatizadora por el temor de la transmisión materno-infantil del VIH. Este artículo es una revisión de la literatura sobre intervenciones para mujeres embarazadas que viven con VIH/Sida. Fueron revisados fundamentos de intervenciones en salud, según la educación para la salud y el abordaje sistémico, además de aspectos de la consejería. También se revisaron hallados sobre maternidad en este contexto, identificándose para la intervención: aspectos físicos y emocionales del embarazo en el contexto del VIH/Sida; parto, post-parto y desarrollo inicial del bebé; familia y red de apoyo social; viviendo en contacto con el tratamiento de la madre y del bebé. Esta revisión puede servir de base para la construcción de una intervención direccionada a mujeres embarazadas que viven con VIH/Sida.
