OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence of cephalosporins antibiotics on cost and length of hospital stay in pa-tients underwent gallbladder calculus resection,and to provide reference for drug use in clinic. METHODS:A total of 1866 patients underwent gallbladder calculus resection were collected from 9 third grade class A hospitals in Guangxi during 2013-2014. SPSS 22.0 software was adopted to analyze cost and length of hospital stay in patients underwent gallbladder calculus resection. RESULTS:Multi-factor analysis showed that the factors which significantly affected the cost and length of hospital stay were antibiotics,hospi-tals,age,surgery types and disease species (all P0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Cephalospo-rins antibiotics can significantly influence the cost and length of hospital stay in patients underwent gallbladder calculus resec-tion. Antibiotics selection canbe considered comprehensively ac-cording to local medical resources and the patients'demands.

Objective To explore the effect and safety of the operationive treatment of calculus incarceration in neck of gallbladder.Methods We analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of 26 cases with calculus in carceration In neck of Gallbladder.Results All 26 cases patients were found to have serious cholecystitis and unclear anatomic site in Calot's trangle.Six patients'operative way had to transform from laparoscopiccholecystectomy to cholecystectomy.Endogenous membrane of gallbladder were excised retrogradely in the operation.In operative process,there were no injury in extrahepatic bile duct,intestinal canal and vascular.The all patients were recovery and discharge after operation.Conclusion It is one kind of good choice to open the gallbladder,aspirate the bile and extract the stones.And then performing endogenous membrane retrograde cholecystectomy.For treatment of the Calot's trangle areas,blunt dissection may used.It is dangerous that using sharp dissection and electrosurgical knife.

Objective To investigate whether high cholesterol diet (HCD) can cause gallbladder cholesterol calculus and to probe into the mechanism of its influence on gallbladder motility function. Methods Noumenon dissect and B-type ultrasonic apparatus was used to observe condition of gallbladder calculus formation in HCD group and normal control group; gallbladder motility function of the two groups were measured; radioimmunoassay was used to measure plasma CCK level in fast and 30min after fatty meal; colorimetry was used to measure cholesterol concentration in bile; and the pathologic changes of gallbladder specimen were observed. Results The gallbladder cholesterol calculus formation rate and cholesterol concentration in bile of HCD group was remarkably higher than that in normal control group (P
