RÉSUMÉ

Developmental coordination disorder (DCD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with high incidence, low diagnosis rate and early onset of symptoms, which hinders the development of physical and mental health in children.Early identification and intervention of DCD can help reduce the lifelong adverse effects of the disease.However, general public in China still lacks awareness of this condition,and healthcare workers do not pay enough attention to the early screening and intervention of DCD.This paper summarizes the clinical characteristics, early screening and diagnosis of DCD, and expounds the clinical treatment of DCD from the two aspects of western and Chinese medicine intervention, and proposes the intervention treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine for the first time, hoping to promote the development of early screening work, provide a new method for the research and development of DCD intervention in China, and improve the effectiveness of treatment.

There is a high incidence of Premenstrual syndrome in childbearing aged women. Its clinical symptoms including affect seriously many aspects of physical and mental health disorder of women, resulting in interpersonal relationship deteriorious, decreased quality of life, and even suicidal tendency. The biochemical mechanism of the disease is complex, but the social psychological factors such as personality and habits have reached a consensus on the induction of the disease, which will be the next research direction. Further research will reveal the pathogenesis of PMS from another angle. Based on the field of psychology, the article reviews the relationship between social psychological factors such as personality, personality and coping style and the occurrence and development of PMS, and the role of psychological interventions in regulating diseases.

Dyslipidemia has emerged as a major health problem in children and adolescent.Except for primary familial dyslipidemia,secondary dyslipidemia caused by obesity,metabolic syndrome and unhealthy life-style is increasingly prevalent in recent years.Life-style modification,such as dietary intervention and increasing physical activity,should be considered firstly for treating dyslipidemia in children and adolescent.Application of pharmacologic agents should follow strict indications including ages and types of dyslipidemia.

RÉSUMÉ

This article suggests that doctors should keep the principle that patients’interest should be the first and respect the autonomy of pregnant woman during the prenatal diagnosis and intervention,and brings the ethical concept of fetus as a patient.Before prenatal diagnosis and intervention,doctors should tell the pregnant woman about the advantages and disadvantages of the project for her to make decision.For the fetus born with deformity but still having survival ability,fetal ethical principle prohibits against termination unless pregnant woman has diseases not permitting to continue pregnancy,although there is an increasing risk of morbidity and mortality.
