Résumé

Objective To explore harmless disposal method and equipment for the medical waste in the mobile hospital. Methods The characteristics and harmless disposal methods were analyzed,and then a pyrolysis scheme was proposed for the medical waste in the mobile hospital.The scheme took considerations on equipment miniaturization,vehicle mounting as well as gas cleaning. Results A medical waste pyrolysis vehicle was developed for the mobile hospital, which had the performances met the requirements of 300 persons/d casualty throughput,environment protection and etc.Conclusion The developed vehicle can be used for harmless disposal of the medical waste in the mobile hospital, and is worthy promoting practically.

Résumé

Objective To summarize the practices of national emergency medical rescue team in the fourth ASEAN regional forum disaster relief exercise.Methods The establishing principle and training mode of national emergency medical rescue team were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of the team were described in the preparation for exercise and rescue practice.Results The experience in Malaysia improved the team in emergency support.Conclusion The medical preparedness and rescue practice in transnational disaster relief are of great value for rapid response of national emergency medical rescue team.

Objective To design a channel in the mobile hospital to solve the existing problems.Methods The technical form and characteristics of the existing channel were analyzed,and the requirements of the mobile hospital and channel shelter were considered comprehensively,then the selection of technical form and structure design of the channel shelter was explored from the aspects of airtightness,heat preservation and etc.The feasibility was verified by trial-manufacture and test.Results A shelter-tent channel was designed and the experiments showed its effectiveness when fulfilling the requirements of the mobile hospital.Conclusion The channel gains reasonable and feasible design,and has its performances meeting the desired requirements.

Objective To work out the allocation scheme of the mobile hospital's major equipments based on the demand for the health emergency handling task of Chongqing Municipality so as to provide the basis for the construction proj ects of the Chongqing's mobile hospital.Methods The focus group discussion method was used to draft the alternative scheme;the Delphi method was applied to perform the investigation on the alternative scheme and according to the results of the experts consultation,the allocation scheme of major equipments in the Chongqing's mobile hospital was worked out.Results 20 items such as the operation vehicle,X-ray vehicle and inflatable tents were screened out as the mobile hospital's major equipments for constituting the framework of the main equipments for the Chongqing's mobile hospital.Conclusion The allocation scheme research provides the reference method and standard for constructing the mobile hospitals by the local health department.The mobile hospitals constructed according to this scheme by Chongqing Municipality played an important role in Lushan earthquake medical rescue in 2013.

Résumé

The aim of this study is to compare accessibility of vision-impaired (VI) patients to other eyecare centres before attending the mobile and stationary hospitals. Under a cross-sectional study design, VI patients were consecutively enrolled if they visited one of the three Impact Foundation Hospitals—one mobile and two stationary hospitals. The cost and service output of all hospitals were also reviewed; 27.7% of patients at the mobile and 36.8% at the two stationary hospitals had sought eyecare at other health facilities in the past. Mobile hospital patients lived closer to the hospital but spent more time in travelling, bore less direct cost, needed less extra support, and had a higher level of satisfaction on the service. They also identified more barriers to access eyecare in the past. The mobile hospital had a higher percentage of patients with accessibility problems and should continue to help the remote population in overcoming these problems.

Objective To develop a equipment of vehicular multifunctional water,and the problem of water in disaster medical rescue was solved. Methods According to the features of the field water in earthquakes,floods and other disasters,a kind of disaster relief in the wild integrated production,supplying softening water and water purification technology was created,and a system by the pretreatment system, ion exchange,reverse osmosis systems,and storage and transportation system and other parts of the small truck-mounted multifunctional water treatment equipment was developed. Results The vehicular prototypes of multifunctional water treatment machine was developed,the pond water and river water were tested to prove that the throughput of the equipment in production and supply in the land of disaster relief,the puri-fied water and softening water reached 2 080 L/day and 12 100 L/day,which could meet the conducted large-scale medical treatment de-mand. Conclusion The successful design of the vehicular multifunctional water processor carried out the medical rescue with water prob-lem,and provided a new method and new equipment,which was worthy of popularization and application.

Résumé

Objective To research a set of information system to improve the ability of rescue on mobile hospital. Methods The industry server and shelter client were used for establishing the network system of medical information, which used telemedicine in satellite communication, analyzed hardware topology and software demand. The measures of increasing safety and reliability were provided. Results The medical information was transmitted by network to share; the transmitting speed of remote diagnosis was 768Kb/s and dynamic image in 25 frame per second. Conclusion The level of the hospital informationization was improved for designing the IMS in modular thought.
