Los procesos formativos, complejos por su propia naturaleza social, parten de los contextos en que se desarrollan y de las características psicopedagógicas, sociológicas, culturales y fisiológicas de los que intervienen como componentes personales. El ámbito educativo ecuatoriano, consciente de lo anterior, evidenció en los últimos años el desarrollo de estrategias encaminadas a cumplir estándares básicos de inclusión, reconocidos por organismos internacionales y materializados en acciones pedagógicas y curriculares en todos los niveles formativos. La investigación propuesta estuvo dirigida a perfeccionar la escala evaluativa para la inclusión, en la asignatura Educación física, de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales asociados a una discapacidad, en Ecuador. Se utilizaron los métodos de análisis-síntesis y modelación; además, el análisis documental y una encuesta a docentes del área para profundizar en las características fenomenológicas del objeto de investigación. La estadística descriptiva facilitó el procesamiento de la información y la determinación de regularidades, lo que sustentó la propuesta del sistema de acciones, para el perfeccionamiento de la escala evaluativa inclusiva para la Educación Física.


Os processos de formação, complexos pela sua natureza muito social, partem dos contextos em que se desenvolvem e das características psicopedagógicas, sociológicas, culturais e fisiológicas de quem intervém como componentes pessoais do processo. O contexto educacional equatoriano, consciente do exposto, tem evidenciado, nos últimos anos, o desenvolvimento de estratégias que visam atender aos padrões básicos de inclusão reconhecidos pelos organismos internacionais e materializados em ações pedagógicas e curriculares em todos os níveis educacionais. A pesquisa proposta teve como objetivo aperfeiçoar a escala de avaliação para a inclusão, na disciplina de Educação Física, de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais associadas à deficiência, a partir de uma visão holística, no contexto equatoriano. Métodos de análise-síntese e modelagem foram utilizados para o estudo teórico prático do processo avaliativo em Educação Física. Além disso, a análise documental e um levantamento de professores da área, para a análise das características fenomenológicas do objeto de pesquisa, que subsidiaram a proposta do sistema de ações para o aprimoramento da escala de avaliação inclusiva para a Educação Física.


The training processes, complex due to their very social nature, start from the contexts in which they develop and the psycho-pedagogical, sociological, cultural and physiological characteristics of those who intervene as personal components. The Ecuadorian educational field, aware of the above, has demonstrated in recent years the development of strategies aimed at meeting basic inclusion standards, recognized by international organizations and materialized in pedagogical and curricular actions at all educational levels. The proposed research was aimed at perfecting the evaluation scale for the inclusion, in the Physical Education subject, of students with special educational needs associated with a disability, in Ecuador. Analysis-synthesis and modeling methods were used; in addition, documentary analysis and a survey of teachers in the area to delve into the phenomenological characteristics of the research object. Descriptive statistics facilitated the processing of information and the determination of regularities, which supported the proposal of the system of actions, for the improvement of the inclusive evaluation scale for Physical Education.

El estudio versa sobre el desarrollo de habilidades deportivas en estudiantes con necesidades educativas intelectuales, en la clase de Educación Física inclusiva; sus manifestaciones y limitaciones empíricas en una institución educativa ecuatoriana y la búsqueda de una explicación al problema científico, a través de una propuesta para su solución. Se declaró como objetivo diseñar una estrategia pedagógica inclusiva para el desarrollo de habilidades deportivas en estudiantes con necesidades educativas intelectuales, durante la clase de Educación Física. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo, no experimental, de tipo descriptivo-explicativo y transversal, se empleó un muestreo no probabilístico, intencional y estratificado, con 32 estudiantes de 10mo año, de ellos, cuatro con necesidades educativas intelectuales y el docente de Educación Física; se utilizó el enfoque sistémico estructural-funcional en el diseño de una estrategia pedagógica inclusiva; así como, la observación y la entrevista para caracterizar el estado actual del objeto de investigación. Se consultó a un grupo de profesionales para la determinación de la pertinencia de la estrategia, mediante la técnica del grupo nominal, los que arribaron a la conclusión que la propuesta es pertinente y aplicable en la práctica pedagógica inclusiva.


O estudo trata do desenvolvimento de habilidades esportivas em alunos com necessidades educacionais intelectuais, na aula de Educação Física inclusiva; suas manifestações e limitações empíricas em uma instituição educacional equatoriana e a busca de uma explicação para o problema científico, por meio de uma proposta para sua solução. O objetivo foi elaborar uma estratégia pedagógica inclusiva para o desenvolvimento de habilidades esportivas em alunos com necessidades educacionais intelectuais durante a aula de Educação Física. A pesquisa teve uma abordagem qualitativa-quantitativa, não experimental, descritivo-explicativa e transversal, foi utilizada uma amostragem não probabilística, intencional e estratificada, com 32 alunos do 10º ano, quatro deles com necessidades educacionais intelectuais e o professor de Educação Física; a abordagem sistêmica estrutural-funcional foi utilizada na concepção de uma estratégia pedagógica inclusiva; bem como observação e entrevista para caracterizar o estado atual do objeto de pesquisa. Um grupo de profissionais foi consultado para determinar a relevância da estratégia, utilizando a técnica de grupo nominal, que concluiu que a proposta é relevante e aplicável na prática pedagógica inclusiva.


The study deals with the development of sports skills in students with intellectual educational needs, in the inclusive Physical Education class; its manifestations and empirical limitations in an Ecuadorian educational institution and the search for an explanation to the scientific problem, through a proposal for its solution. The objective was declared to design an inclusive pedagogical strategy for the development of sports skills in students with intellectual educational needs, during the Physical Education class. The research had a qualitative-quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive-explanatory and transversal approach, non-probabilistic, intentional and stratified sampling was used, with 32 10th grade students, four of them with intellectual educational needs and the Education teacher Physical; the structural-functional systemic approach was used in the design of an inclusive pedagogical strategy; as well as observation and interview to characterize the current state of the research object. A group of professionals was consulted to determine the relevance of the strategy, using the nominal group technique, who came to the conclusion that the proposal is relevant and applicable in inclusive pedagogical practice.

Objective To investigate the health education needs of patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation and to provide a basis for the formulation of targeted health education programs.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on the health education needs of patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation was designed based on the Kano model.A total of 190 patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation in Grade 3A Hospital of Yunnan Province from February to July 2023 were investigated,and their health education needs were determined according to the Kano model.Results A total of 190 questionnaires were sent out,180 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 94.74%.Among the 32 health education needs of patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation,including 6 necessary needs,13 expected needs,11 charismatic needs,and 2 undifferentiated needs,no reverse demand was found.The importance-satisfaction matrix diagram shows that 12 items are located in the dominant area,11 items in the area to be improved,7 items in the maintenance area,and 2 items in the secondary improvement area.Conclusion The Kano model can analyze the health education needs of patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation in multiple dimensions,and provide a reference for doctors and nurses to further develop the content and form of patient-oriented health education.

Objective:The aim was to explore the needs of patients readmitted with chronic heart failure (CHF) for pre-discharge preparation services and to provide reliable evidence to support the development of a discharge preparation service plan.Methods:The research was based on the phenomenology research method. Using a purposive sampling method, 12 readmitted patients with CHF from the First Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and interviewed in a semi-structured manner between February and April 2023, and the data were analyzed using the Colaizzi seven-step analysis.Results:Among 12 patients, 6 males, 6 females, aged 53 to 85 years old. The discharge preparation service needs of readmitted patients with CHF can be categorised into 3 major themes of physiological-psychological-social, containing 6 sub-themes: the need to improve self-management skills, the need for rehabilitation and exercise, the need for improvement of negative emotions, the need for improvement of health education, the need for improvement of home care, and the need for health resource services.Conclusions:Patients readmitted with CHF have greater needs for self-management knowledge and skills, family care needs, professional guidance needs, and information on referral services from primary health resources, and nursing staff should focus on assessing such needs of patients in order to develop individualized plans for discharge preparation services for patients with CHF.

Objective:To explore the effects of an intervention strategy based on dyadic illness management theory on dyadic coping level, supportive care needs, and patients' disease symptoms with chemotherapy-stage ovarian cancer patients and their spouses, and to provide reference for improving their disease coping ability and quality of life.Methods:This study used the method of randomized controlled trial. Seventy pairs of ovarian cancer patients and their spouses who received regular chemotherapy and their spouses from Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Fudan University from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected using convenience sampling method. They were assigned to the control group (36 pairs) and the observation group (36 pairs) by the random number table method. Participants in the control group received routine nursing care and the observation group received the intervention strategy of dyadic illness management theory. Data were collected and compared the differences in dyadic coping levels, care needs, and disease symptoms between two groups of patients and their spouses before intervention (before chemotherapy) and after intervention (after the end of the chemotherapy cycle). SPSS 20.0 software was used for analysis, and t-tests, χ2 tests, and Wilcoxon rank sum tests were used to compare the two groups. Results:Finally, 36 pairs were included in the control group and 34 pairs in the observation group. The age of the control group patients was (52.03 ± 9.44) years old, while that of the observation group patients was (53.41 ± 10.14) years old. After the intervention, the total score of dyadic coping level in the patients and their spouses of the observation group were (113.50 ± 8.03), (114.62 ± 10.59) points, respectively, which were higher than (106.64 ± 10.06), (108.78 ± 10.89) points of the control group with significant differences ( t=-3.14, -2.27, both P<0.05); the total score of care needs in the patients and their spouses of the observation group were (89.65 ± 8.29), (95.12 ± 7.25) points, respectively, which were lower than (100.25 ± 10.82), (110.11 ± 7.58) points of the control group with significant differences ( t=4.58, 8.45, both P<0.001); the total score of disease symptoms in the patients of the observation group was (20.09 ± 4.70) points, which was lower than (31.53 ± 6.08) points of the control group with significant differences ( t=8.77, P<0.001). Conclusions:The model of dyadic illness management can improve dyadic coping level and supportive care needs of chemotherapy-stage ovarian cancer patients and their spouses, and alleviate patients′ disease symptoms.

Objective:To understand the current situation of care needs for disabled elderly people, analyze the impact of the family environment and community services on the care needs and care pathways of older people with disabilities and to formulate effective interventions.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted from August 2022 to March 2023 in five tertiary-level hospitals in Tangshan city. The survey included 332 elderly people who were disabled before hospitalization and their primary caregivers, who were selected using a convenience sampling method. The survey investigated their general information, degree of disability, family members′ support, children′s filial piety and old age ethical level, family relationships, and the care needs of the elderly people who were disabled. SPSS 22.0 was used for one-way and correlation analyses as well as multiple linear regression analyses, and AMOS 22.0 was used for the development of structural equations for path analysis.Results:Among 332 disabled elderly individuals, there were 166 males and 166 females each. The care needs score for elderly people with disabilities was 101.54 ± 16.38. The care needs of this population can be influenced by several factors, including the level of disability, number of chronic conditions, presence of chronic pain, filial piety and old age ethical level of caregivers, family relationships, and the availability of care services in the community or village. These factors had direct effects of 0.468, 0.155, -0.083, -0.350, -0.094, and 0.104, respectively.Chronic diseases and chronic pain indirectly affected the demand for care through the degree of incapacity (with respective indirect effect values of 0.065 and 0.049). Additionally, the demand for care was indirectly influenced by the level of filial piety and ethics of the caregiver through the degree of incapacity and the family relationships (an indirect effect value of -0.162).Conclusions:The care needs of the disabled elderly are high, and the personal physiology, family environment and community support of the disabled elderly will directly or indirectly affect their care needs. Therefore, many factors should be considered comprehensively considered to improve the quality of care of the disabled elderly.

Objective:To survey the continuing medical education training needs for village doctors in Beijing suburbs.Methods:A qualitative study on the continuing medical education training needs for village doctors was conducted in Beijing Huairou district from March to July 2021. Six township hospital managers, 19 village doctors, 15 village cadres and 30 villagers from 15 villages of 3 townships in the district selected by purposive sampling method attended the face-to-face, individual, in-depth interviews. A semi-structured interview outline was developed based on literature review and expert consultation. The content of the interviews was analyzed by the thematic framework method.Results:Among 19 rural doctors, 11 preferred the full-time training, while 8 were unable to participate in the full-time training. Most of township hospital managers and village doctors thought the ideal form of training was "classroom knowledge teaching teaching" (5/6, 16/19)and "outpatient clerkship"(6/6, 13/19). The training contents for village doctors were basic medical knowledge and skills, including diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, identification of common symptoms and management of chronic diseases; the appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine including acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping and scraping; and public health including epidemic prevention and control, infectious disease detection and reporting.Conclusion:For improving the applicability and practicality of training for village doctors, it is necessary to apply rational training methods and forms, and develop targeted training program and contents based on training needs.

Objective:To investigate the health status and needs of the occupational population in an industrial park in Shanghai, and to explore the causes.Methods:The study was a mixed method study. First, a list of health needs of the occupational population was developed through literature review. Then, a questionnaire was prepared on the basis of the list of health needs of the occupational population, which consisted of 4 parts: basic personal information, health status, medical care, and health needs. From September 16 to October 9, 2022, 3 enterprises of representative size and industry in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Park were selected by convenience sampling method, and the target sample size was allocated in equal proportions according to the total number of employees, and the Quick Response code of the electronic questionnaire was distributed (Questionnaire Star). Finally, an interview outline was created based on the results of the questionnaire survey to gain a deeper understanding of the connotations and reasons for the health needs of employees, etc. The interviews were conducted from October 15 to 22, 2022.Results:A total of 819 enterprise employees were surveyed, of whom 580 (70.82%) were male, and their age was mainly concentrated in the 19-44 age group (621(75.82%)). Among them, 348 (42.49%) were overweight or obese, 388 (47.37%) had regular medical check-ups, and only 224 (27.35%) had active health interventions. The top 5 health needs of the surveyed population were relief of visual fatigue (365(44.57%)), improvement of sleep (355(43.35%)), relief of physical fatigue (343(41.88%)), oral health (333(40.66%)), and immunity enhancement (332(40.54%)). The interviewees were from 2 large enterprises, totaling 12 people. The results of the interviews showed that excessive use of mobile phones, high stress, interpersonal and social confusion, retaliatory late nights, sedentary lifestyles, and socializing were the main causes of health problems.Conclusions:The health status of the occupational population in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Parks is not optimistic, and their health needs are obvious. Their health problems and needs are related to the characteristics of their work patterns.

Background@#This research assesses the training needs of employees at the University of the Philippines Manila (UPM) to prepare a comprehensive plan and program intervention for the 2023 training calendar.@*Objectives@#This study specifically examines the reaction of the employees to the training program (Level 1), changes in the level of learning (Level 2), and transfer of training in the workplace or behavioral changes (Level 3). This TNA survey is essential to identify skill gaps, set priorities, and tailor training programs suitable to the needs of UPM employees.@*Methodology@#The study employed a quantitative survey method in assessing employees’ needs across different colleges, units, and offices using a training needs assessment (TNA) survey. A total of 382 employees were surveyed regarding their needs to enhance their core, technical, leadership, and job-specific competencies.@*Results@#Results showed that based on the varying degree of necessity, all the training programs in the training needs assessment survey were considered needed by the employees. Twelve training programs were proposed in the 2023 training calendar as a result of this TNA including three programs for improving core competencies, four programs for technical competencies, two programs for leadership competencies, and three programs for job-specific competencies. Specifically, the training focus on Stress Management, Handling Complaints and Grievances, and Safety and Emergency for core competency; Written and Spoken Communication, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Applications, Data/Records Management for technical competency; Succession Planning and Managing People for leadership competency; and Procurement, Research Skills, and Creative Design Training for job-specific competency.@*Conclusion@#The Training Needs Assessment conducted at the University of the Philippines Manila revealed crucial areas where tailored training programs can play a transformative role in boosting workforce competence and effectiveness. The findings highlight the importance of training in areas such as stress management, decision-making, safety protocols, ethical leadership, and conflict resolution.

Objective: This study aimed to identify the care needs of family caregivers of elderly patients with early-stage dementia and examine support measures.Materials and Methods: We conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey with 115 primary caregivers of outpatients who visited A City Community General Support Center or B University Hospital Department of Neurology for memory loss consultation. The questionnaire content included demographic characteristics, the care needs scale for caregivers of the elderly with early-stage dementia (Care Needs Scale), and the Japanese short version of the Zarit Burden Interview. The Medical Ethics Committee of Fukuoka University approved this study (approval number: M047). Of the 115 participants, 104 were included in the analysis after excluding 11 respondents with missing data. We divided the participants into a young group (under 65 years of age) and an old group (65 years of age or older) and compared the variables and each scale score using the Mann–Whitney U test. We also compared the correlations between the total score and subscale scores of the Care Needs Scale and each variable, in addition, we performed multiple regression analyses using the total score of the Care Needs Scale as the dependent variable.Results: The young caregivers wanted to know how to take care, prevent deterioration, and deal with symptoms of early-stage dementia. They were trying to balance caregiving with work and housekeeping and reduce the stress and burden of long-term care. Older caregivers were confused about caregiving and wanted someone to talk about their situations.Conclusion: Both groups shared that the family’s lack of understanding about caregiving and personal and role strains were associated with the care needs of caregivers of the elderly with early-stage dementia.

@#Introduction: A training needs assessment (TNA) was conducted by the Department of Science and Technology, Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI) to design appropriate and relevant trainings for Municipal Nutrition Action Officers (MNAOs). In the Philippines, MNAO is a nutrition officer who serves at the municipal level and is tasked to ensure the localisation of the Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition (PPAN) in Local Government Units (LGU) to ensure proper implementation of activities on Public Health Nutrition (PHN). Methods: A total of 162 MNAOs in the country answered the online TNA survey conducted from April to May 2023. Results: Based on the results of the TNA survey, there was a need for DOST-FNRI to design and conduct trainings related to the top three core competencies identified by MNAOs: Creating policies and standards related to food and nutrition; advocating legislation, regulation, and nutrition policies; and designing appropriate nutrition information education and communication (IEC) materials. Conclusion: Based on the study results, it is recommended that LGUs allocate funds for capacity building of the public health workforce to create a skilled workforce in the community that will coordinate the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of nutrition plans at the municipal level. For future consideration, curriculum design for professional development in public health nutrition should include core competencies on food and nutrition policy programme, nutrition programme management, and IEC development.

ObjectiveTo investigate the unmet needs for assistive technology for people with physical disabilities in Chengdu, and analyze the related factors. MethodsFrom November, 2023 to March, 2024, the persons with physical disabilities in Chengdu were selected from Sichuan Individuation service platform, and investigated using World Health Organization rapid Assistive Technology Assessment. ResultsA total of 558 questionnaires were set up, and 527 effective questionnaires retured. 26.8% of them reported unmet needs for aids, with the highest need for mobility aids (66.0%). Lack of support (54.9%), high price (26.3%) and lack of knowledge about aids (20.3%) were the main reasons for not obtaining the aids they needed. Loss of spouse (OR = 3.615), serious mobility impairment (OR > 2.926) and serious self-care impairment (OR > 2.781) were the risks of unmet needs for aids. ConclusionIt is important to popularize policies and products of aids, pay attention to personal adaptation for people with different barriers, and strengthen the service system, to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

ObjectiveTo explore the policy framework, theoretical system and principles of educational placement for children with special needs based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) for the multi-faceted educational placement services and methods for these children. MethodsBased on ICF theory and methods, public policy research techniques, and educational policy analysis, this study systematically investigated the policy architecture and theoretical underpinnings for the educational placement of children with special needs, focusing on an inclusive education-oriented system of multiple placements. ResultsThe study analyzed educational policies, emphasizing the rights to education under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and UNESCO's guidelines on ensuring inclusivity and equity in education which encourage the provision of individualized educational support services and reasonable accommodations to enable the effective participation of students with disablities in education. China, the European Union (EU) and the United States (US) have enacted laws and policies promoting inclusive education, integrating children with disablities into the general education system, and providing them with the same educational opportunities as other children. The development of special education focuses on tailored educational services for those children who need additional support and resources. Policies underscore the need to evaluate the specific needs of children with disablities and provide individualized educational plan based on these needs. ConclusionBased on core content from the CRPD, UNESCO's guidelines, and relevant policies from China, the EU, and the US regarding the education and educational placement services for children with special needs, the theoretical framework and principles of educational placement for children with special needs based on ICF are discussed, proposing contents and methods for constructing a multi-faceted educational placement service system for children with special needs.

Resumo Introdução: A violência sexual é um grave problema na sociedade brasileira cujas repercussões no âmbito da saúde pública tornam imperativa a abordagem dessa questão no contexto da formação das suas profissões. Igualmente, a integralidade do cuidado destinado às pessoas em situação de violência sexual requer a atuação conjunta de diversas profissões, além da integração em rede e articulação de diferentes equipamentos sociais. Objetivo: Este estudo teve como objetivo reconhecer quais competências - entendidas como o conjunto de conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes - são necessárias para o desenvolvimento do cuidado integral destinado às pessoas em situação de violência sexual, segundo os melhores padrões de qualidade e segurança para a saúde delas. Método: Realizou-se um estudo qualitativo de caráter exploratório e descritivo que envolveu a aplicação de um formulário prévio sobre os conhecimentos acerca das competências, seguido da dinâmica da construção da figura humana, que consiste na confecção de um boneco no qual os conhecimentos estariam representados pela cabeça, as habilidades pelos membros e as atitudes pelo corpo, na realização de uma oficina com 76 participantes de diferentes profissões. Adicionalmente, aplicou-se um questionário a 32 profissionais com reconhecida expertise na área de violência sexual e com experiência prática no atendimento às pessoas nessa situação. Foi empregada a análise temática categorial. Resultado: Identificaram-se desafios a serem superados nas três dimensões constituintes das competências, com nítida deficiência de conhecimentos para a atuação em rede visando à efetividade e à integralidade do cuidado. Reconheceram-se 15 competências comuns aos profissionais que lidam com a violência, e o produto final foi representado num infográfico de disposição radial com a organização dos conhecimentos, das habilidades e das atitudes identificados como necessários para o desenvolvimento de tais competências. Conclusão: Reconhecer competências comuns e identificar, separadamente, quais conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes as constituem representa estratégias promotoras da abordagem transversal desses conteúdos na formação das profissões, sobretudo da saúde. A proposição de uma matriz de competências comuns para prática interprofissional no cuidado destinado às pessoas em situação de violência sexual pode orientar a qualificação desse cuidado e alicerçar a interprofissionalidade em cenários cruciais de atuação coletiva para o enfrentamento da flagrante injustiça social que a violência sexual significa.


Abstract Introduction: Sexual violence is a serious problem in Brazilian society whose repercussions on public health make it imperative to address this issue in the context of training in professions. Likewise, comprehensive care for people in situations of sexual violence requires the joint action of different professions, in addition to network integration and articulation of different social facilities. Objective: This study aimed to reflect which competencies - understood as the set of knowledge, skills and attitudes - are permitted for the development of comprehensive care for people in situations of sexual violence, according to the best standards of quality and health safety they. Method: A qualitative study of an exploratory and descriptive nature was carried out, which involved the application of a preliminary form on knowledge about skills, followed by the dynamics of the construction of the human figure, which consists of manufacturing a doll in which the knowledge would be represented by the head, by the skills of the members and by the attitudes of the body, in the creation of an office with 76 participants from different professions. Furthermore, a questionnaire was administered to 32 professionals with experience in the area of sexual violence and with practical experience in caring for people in this situation. Categorical thematic analysis was used. Result: Result: Challenges were identified to be overcome in the three dimensions that constitute competencies, with a clear lack of knowledge for working in a network aiming at the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of care. 15 competencies common to professionals who deal with violence were recognized, and the final product was represented in a radially arranged infographic with the organization of knowledge, skills and attitudes identified as necessary for the development of such competencies. Conclusion: Recognizing common competencies and identifying, separately, which knowledge, skills and attitudes constitute them represent strategies that promote a transversal approach to these contents in the training of professions, especially in health. Proposing a matrix of common competencies for interprofessional practice in care for people in situations of sexual violence can guide the qualification of this care and support interprofessionality in crucial scenarios of collective action to combat the blatant social injustice that sexual violence means.

Tendo em vista o papel importante que os enfermeiros desempenham no processo de vacinação, o objetivo do presente estudo foi examinar a perspectiva desses profissionais em duas Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBSs), que utilizam diferentes modelos de agendamento (Carve-Out e Acesso Avançado), com relação a como aproveitar as oportunidades de discutir a imunização durante o atendimento aos usuários que procuram ajuda sem agendamento prévio. Para realizar a comparação entre as unidades, foram utilizados dados secundários dos relatórios do Sistema de Informação do Programa Nacional de Imunizações e do e-SUS AB, no período de janeiro a dezembro de 2019. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com os enfermeiros dessas unidades sendo utilizada a Matriz SWOT para análise do ambiente interno. Com relação à escuta inicial, pode-se observar uma superioridade da UBS que segue o modelo de Acesso Avançado, porém não houve diferenças significativas quanto ao quantitativo de imunizações. A estratégia para diminuir as Oportunidades Perdidas de Vacinação (OPVs) mais citada, foi a abordagem do usuário no momento da procura na "demanda espontânea". No entanto, foi evidenciada como barreira a falta da caderneta de vacinação, já que o usuário não estaria na unidade para essa demanda e o pouco tempo disponível. Não houve diferenças significativas entre a percepção dos enfermeiros atuantes nos diferentes modelos de agendamento, Carve-Out e Acesso Avançado, no que se refere a oportunizar abordagens sobre imunização durante o atendimento à demanda espontânea.


Considering the important role that nurses play in the vaccination process, the objective of the present study was to examine the perspective of these professionals in two Basic Health Units (UBSs), which use different scheduling models (Carve-Out and Advanced Access), regarding how to take advantage of opportunities to discuss immunization during care for users who seek help without prior scheduling. To carry out the comparison between the units, secondary data from reports from the Information System of the National Immunization Program and e-SUS AB were used, from January to December 2019. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with nurses from these units. The SWOT Matrix for analyzing the internal environment. Regarding initial listening, we can observe the superiority of the UBS that follows the Advanced Access model, but there were no significant differences in terms of the number of immunizations. The most cited strategy to reduce Missed Vaccination Opportunities (OPVs) was the user approach when searching for "spontaneous demand". However, the lack of a vaccination booklet was highlighted as a barrier, as the user would not be at the unit for this demand and there was little time available. There were no significant differences between the perception of nurses working in the different scheduling models, Carve-Out and Advanced Access, with regard to providing opportunities for approaches to immunization when meeting spontaneous demand.


Considerando el importante papel que desempeña el enfermero en el proceso de vacunación, el objetivo del presente estudio fue examinar la perspectiva de estos profesionales en dos Unidades Básicas de Salud (UBS), que utilizan diferentes modelos de programación (Carve-Out y Acceso Avanzado), respecto a cómo aprovechar oportunidades para discutir sobre inmunización durante la atención a usuarios que buscan ayuda sin programación previa. Para realizar la comparación entre las unidades, se utilizaron datos secundarios de los informes del Sistema de Información del Programa Nacional de Inmunizaciones y del e-SUS AB, de enero a diciembre de 2019. Se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a enfermeros de estas unidades. Matriz FODA para el análisis del entorno interno. En cuanto a la escucha inicial, se observa la superioridad de la UBS que sigue el modelo de Acceso Avanzado, pero no hubo diferencias significativas en cuanto al número de inmunizaciones. La estrategia más citada para reducir las Oportunidades de Vacunación Perdidas (OPV) fue el enfoque del usuario al buscar "demanda espontánea". Sin embargo, se destacó como una barrera la falta de cartilla de vacunación, ya que el usuario no estaría en la unidad para esta demanda y había poco tiempo disponible. No hubo diferencias significativas entre la percepción de las enfermeras que trabajan en los diferentes modelos de programación, Carve-Out y Advanced Access, con respecto a brindar oportunidades de enfoques de inmunización cuando se satisface la demanda espontánea.

Résumé

Resumo As complexidades referidas na busca pela "exatidão" no diagnóstico da fibrose cística (FC) apontam para reflexões em torno de "o que é preciso" na atual conjuntura da "medicina de precisão". Analisamos os discursos de 19 atores sociais pertencentes à comunidade de especialistas na fibrose cística, explorando as acepções semânticas do vocábulo "precisão" e as barreiras ao diagnóstico e às inovações na terapêutica. Adotamos a análise crítica do discurso de Norman Fairclough a fim de alcançar as construções discursivas em torno da integralidade do cuidado, da garantia e oferta equitativa dos básicos sociais. O acesso foi identificado como categoria êmica quando nas arenas sociais de disputa estão as necessidades de saúde e o direito à vida.


Abstract The complexities referred to in the search for "accuracy" in the diagnosis of cystic fibrosis (CF) point to reflections around "what is needed" in the current situation of "precision medicine". We analyzed the discourses of 19 social actors belonging to the community of specialists in cystic fibrosis, exploring the semantic meanings of the word "precision", and the barriers to diagnosis and innovations in therapeutics. We adopted the critical discourse analysis (CDA) of Norman Fairclough in order to achieve the discursive constructions around the integrality of care, the guarantee and equitable supply of basic social needs. Access was identified as an emic category when in the social arenas of dispute are health needs and the right to life.

RESUMO: Este estudo teve como escopo analisar os avanços da inclusão do público da Educação Especial nas salas de aula comuns da Educação Básica, considerando as necessidades formativas dos docentes nessa área específica. Consiste em um estudo quantiqualitativo, tendo como fontes empíricas microdados da Prova Brasil, edição 2021, mais especificamente os questionários destinados aos docentes do 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental, os quais estão disponíveis no portal do Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep). A extração dessas informações e análise estatística foram realizadas com o auxílio do Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). O resultado da investigação revela que o percentual de matrículas dos alunos com deficiência, transtorno do espectro autista (TEA) e altas habilidades em classes comuns, no Brasil, entre 2013 e 2019, cresceu 7,4%. Aponta, também, que 86,5% dos professores da amostra investigada declararam possuir necessidades formativas de nível moderado a alto. Conclui-se que o público da Educação Especial ainda necessita travar muitos embates em prol de uma escola mais justa e inclusiva para todos, o que implica batalhar para que os princípios de igualdade e equidade se materializem tanto no campo real quanto no campo ideal.


ABSTRACT: This study focused on analyzing the inclusive advances for the population of Special Education in ordinary classrooms in Basic Education, considering teachers' training need in this specific area. It consists of a quantitative and qualitative approach study, using as empirical sources microdata from Prova Brasil, 2021 edition, more specifically the questionnaires applied to teachers of the 5th grade of Elementary School, which are available on the webpage of the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP). The extraction of this information and statistical analysis were carried out with the aid of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The result of the investigation reveals that the percentage of enrollments for students with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and giftedness in ordinary classrooms, in Brazil, between 2013 and 2019, rose 7.4%. It also points out that 86.5% of the teachers in the investigated sample declared that they had moderate to high training needs. It was concluded that the population of Special Education still needs to face some issues in favor of a fairer and more inclusive school to everyone, which implies fighting so that the principles of equality and equity materialize both in the real field and in the ideal field.

ABSTRACT Objective: To identify the needs and preferences of individuals with type 2 diabetes regarding the functionalities and characteristics for a mobile application to support foot self-care. Method: Qualitative research with 16 individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes recruited during clinical care at a university hospital in Porto, Portugal. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews between March and June 2022 and analyzed using inductive content analysis. Results: Three categories and nine subcategories were identified. Categories included informational needs, essential functionalities for foot health self-care, and user-relevant experience. The preference for objective, limited data input, flexible, and customizable applications was an important factor influencing technology engagement. Conclusion: The research highlighted a preference for customizable and flexible applications, aiding nurses in creating solutions that transform care delivery and enhance the quality of life for individuals living with diabetes.


RESUMEN Objetivo: Identificar las necesidades y preferencias de personas con diabetes tipo 2 con respecto a las funcionalidades y características de una aplicación móvil de apoyo al autocuidado del pie. Método: Investigación cualitativa con 16 personas diagnosticadas con diabetes tipo 2 reclutadas durante la atención clínica en un hospital universitario de Porto, Portugal. Los datos se recopilaron mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas entre marzo y junio de 2022 y se analizaron utilizando análisis de contenido inductivo. Resultados: Identificamos tres categorías y nueve subcategorías. Las categorías incluyeron necesidades informativas, funcionalidades esenciales para el autocuidado del pie, y experiencia relevante del usuário. La preferencia por aplicaciones objetivas, con entrada limitada de datos, flexibles y personalizables fue un factor importante que influyó en el compromiso con la tecnología. Conclusión: La investigación resaltó la preferencia por aplicaciones personalizables y flexibles, ayudando a los enfermeros a crear soluciones que transforman la prestación de cuidados y mejoran la calidad de vida de las personas que viven con diabetes.

Résumé

El desarrollo científico tecnológico caracterizado, entre otros por los avances en el campo de las ciencias biomédicas, trascienden a la educación, especialmente se denotan los nexos entre la genética médica y la educación especial. En la provincia de Camagüey se desarrolla una investigación entre los servicios de Genética y el Centro de Diagnóstico y Orientación de la educación especial. A partir del análisis de la interrelación entre ambas ciencias se proyectan en la práctica de la atención de educandos con necesidades educativas especiales enfoques multi, inter y transdisciplinarios con el fin de contribuir al perfeccionamiento del diagnóstico sicopedagógico. El estudio se desarrolla con la colaboración de la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.


Scientific and technological development, characterized among cons by advances in the field of biomedical sciences, transcend education, especially the links between medical genetics and special education. In the province of Camagüey, research is being carried out between the Genetics services and the Diagnosis and Guidance Center for special education. Based on the analysis of the interrelation between both sciences, multi, inter and transdisciplinary approaches are projected into the practice of caring for students with special educational needs, in order to contribute to the improvement of psychopedagogical diagnosis. The study is developed with the collaboration of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.
