Taking Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital as an example,the paper introduces the study idea of hospital IT intelligent operation maintenance and monitoring platform,expounds on design and realization of the platform,including general technical architecture,functional architecture and core business process,summarizes related practical experiences,and points out that application of the platform is able to enhance operation maintenance level and user satisfaction significantly.

In order to solve the routine IT maintenance problems in the hospital,through combining with the daily work of the IT division in the hospital,the challenges and bottleneck problems are summarized.The core concept of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is used,that is incorporating IT and business,ITIL-based maintenance management system is researched.The management system would simplify the extraneous routine work of the IT division and convert the maintenance staff's working mechanism from a passive trouble-shooting pattern to an automated and standardized management pattern which facilitates the daily work,project management and services.Refined management will thus be achieved.

Résumé

To realize dynamic and standardized periodical quality control of medical equipment. A set of auto reminder module for medical equipment quality control was established by using the user-defined flow of medical equipment operation maintenance system, and the continuous improvement was realized for medical equipment quality control in some hospital. Dynamic medical equipment quality control was formed from the static one, so that the efficiency of medical equipment quality control was enhanced greatly. References were provided for other hospitals in dynamic and informatzied medical equipment quality control and testing.
