It focused on the top design of health poverty alleviation,analyzed the problems that arise during the operation of the policy,proposed the optimization strategy of poverty alleviation policy from the perspective of institution content structure and institution supply of health care for poverty alleviation,proposed the management system for the health care for poverty alleviation;establish the inspiration system for participating the health care for poverty alleviation together;innovated the system construction of the modern mode for health care for poverty alleviation so as to promote the healthy poverty alleviation work smoothly.

OBJECTIVE:To advocate the necessity of carrying out drug policy research in our country.METHODS:The concepts,contents,subject characteristics of drug policy and it trend of development were analyzed by transplanting the method of the public policy subject.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:It is of very great significance to carry out the study of drug policy,for it can not only improve the formulation system of drug policy but also provide valid theory and methods for the improvement to the quality of drug policy in our country.

Proceeding from the needs of the reform in the medical and health system and in view of the fact that bringing community health service into line with urhan workers basic medical insurance has become an explicit macro policy of the State, the authors, on the basis of the actual conditions and reform activities in various parts of the country, studied specific and viable policies for the implementation of the macro policy. They explored items of community health service that could be brought into the scope of basic medical insurance, methods of implementation, and control measures, thus offering suggestions to most regions in the country on the adoption of policies for linking community health service with workers basic medical insurance. The paper outlines the background, objective, perspective, methods and conclusion of the studies.
