Résumé

At present,China manages cannabis into industrial and medical types. Industrial cannabis( THC<0. 3%) is grown for fiber and seed, while medical cannabis( THC>0. 3%) is prohibited from being planted and used. In recent years, breakthroughs have been made in the applications for a variety of fields of CBD,a non-psychoactive cannabinoid of Cannabis. However,China made a minimal contribution to this international research hotspot, mainly due to the outdated way of classification on cannabis. Here we reviewed the medicinal use history of cannabis, achievements in the study of Cannabis germplasm, and first proposed the three-level classification of management: psychoactive medicinal cannabis( THC>0. 3%),non-psychoactive medicinal cannabis( THC<0. 3%,high CBD)and industrial cannabis( THC<0. 3%,for fiber and seed, low CBD). Based on summarizing the research progress of the non-psychoactive medicinal cannabis, four key research strategies of breeding, sex control, plant factory, and synthetic biology are proposed.

This number is estimated to double reaching 10 million by 2030.2 The study conducted by the ‘World Vision Mongolia’ international organization and the Anti-alcoholism and Drug Association of the Ministry of Justice show 76% of all teenagers has drunk alcohol to some extent. AIMS: To determine alcohol, tobacco and psychoactive drug use by school teenagers of Sukhbaatar district in Ulaanbaatar MATERIAL AND METHODOLOGY: The survey on inquiry of alcohol, tobacco and psychoactive drug use (ASSIST) was conducted among a total of randomly selected 800 (374 boys, 426 girls) students of 8-12th grade from 7 secondary schools of Sukhbaatar district. Statistical data was put into Microsoft office applications (excel, word) and processed by SPSS application with 95% of probability of information and 5.0% of trust level. RESULT OF STUDY: Out of all respondents 32% (256) use tobacco, 43.8% (350)alcoholic drinks, 2.6% (21)cannabis,1.1% (9) cocaine, 1.5% (12) amphetamine, 3%(24)volatile substance, 4.3% (34)sedative and tranquilizer drug, 0.6% (5)hallucinogenic drug, 0.5% (4) opioid, and 0.1% (1) uses other types of drug. Among the survey participants, there are a total of 214 teenagers (in duplicated number) who need short-term action and 2 teenagers who are smoker and need intensive treatment. CONCLUSION: Among total teenagers, the survey participants, 1 in 3 used tobacco, 1 in 2 alcoholic drinks and 1 in 7 used psychoactive drug. Male students smoke twice more than female students and there is no difference in use of alcoholic drink in both sexes. The alcohol and tobacco use among teenagers at the age of 12-18 who participated in the survey showed that they use more when they grow older. 1 in 4 students of all participants belongs to a group with average risk and needs intensive treatment.

Résumé

Objective : To examine the relation between psychoactive drugs and the outcome of dysphagia in patients with psychiatric disorders. Methods : We examined 53 inpatients who were prescribed speech therapy in the psychiatry ward of our hospital from January 2011 to April 2012. We categorized the patients into a poor outcome group and a good outcome group by the necessity for alternative nutrition at discharge and analyzed the number and kind of typical antipsychotic, atypical antipsychotic, hypnotic, antidepressant and mood stabilizer, total amount of typical antipsychotic, atypical antipsychotic used at admission and at discharge, sex, psychiatric disorder, central nervous system disease, aspiration pneumonia, duration of hospitalization, psychiatric disorder disease period, speech therapy intervention period and GAF scale at admission. Results : The outcome of dysphagia had a significant relation with the number and kind of antipsychotic used, especially typical antipsychotic used at admission. The good outcome group had a higher total amount of antipsychotic use, especially atypical antipsychotics. Conclusion : Long-term practical oral intake should not comprise antipsychotic polypharmacy, especially typical antipsychotics before onset of dysphagia, but should instead consist of a monopharmacy approach with atypical antipsychotics.

Résumé

Purpose: Blepharospasm is a condition characterized by abnormal contractions or twitching of the eyelid due to excessive contractions of the orbicular muscle. The purpose of the present study was to clarify the prevalence and severity of blepharospasm in end-term cancer patients and to clarify the correlation between agonal facies and angor animi or blepharospasm. Method: Diagnoses were made using the Wakakura method and the nictitating stress test, and the severity of the condition was evaluated on the basis of a palpebral dystonia grade classification system. In this positive observational study, all patients were hospitalized in our institution between October and December 2010. Result: Of the 51 evaluations, 19 (37.3%) were diagnosed with blepharospasm, and the severity of nine was ≥3 according to a five-point grading scale. Many cases were treated using antipsychotics or benzodiazepine, and an improvement was observed in all the seven cases that had medication adjustments. Diagnostically, there was no correlation between glabellar lines and pain. Agonal facies in end-term cancer patients included elements of blepharospasm in addition to angor animi. Conolusion: Blepharospasm frequently occurred in patients admitted in the palliative care unit, and it decreased their quality of life. It is important to evaluate this condition and to consider medication adjustments.
