RÉSUMÉ

Objective: To establish the chromatographic fingerprint of components of drug-couple Psoralea corylifolia-Myristica fragrants (PC-MF) absorbed into blood by UPLC. Methods: Twenty SD rats were administered with 10 different batches of PC-MF respectively. The UPLC profiles of serum samples were collected after treatment of PC-MF, blank serum samples and methanol extract were compared, and the transitional constituents to blood and their metabolites were analyzed. Results: The fingerprint of PC-MF was established. Thirteen common peaks were identified and the similarities were over 0.90. The 10 peaks from the in vitro test were prototype components in the product, and three peaks were metabolites. Conclusion: The serum fingerprint of PC-MF is established for the first time. It reflects the oral administration absorption into the blood and provides some data on pharamacodynamic basis study in vivo for PC-MF.

RÉSUMÉ

OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible rationality of Shaoyao gancao decoction by serum HPLC fingerprint. METHODS:The serum HPLC fingerprints of Paeonia lactiflora,Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Shaoyao gancao decoction were compared to determine the number and quantity change of their component in serum. RESULTS:There were eight components in serum of P. lactiflora,23 components in serum of G. uralensis and 32 components in serum of Shaoyao gancao decoction. Some peak areas of serum samples were obviously increased,such as SGT6,SGT7,SGT10,SGT11,SGT14,SGT15,SGT16,SGT17,SGT18,SGT24,SGT25,SGT26,SGT27,SGT28,SGT29 and SGT32. CONCLUSION:The bioavailability is obviously improved after combination of P. lactiflora with G. uralensis,which shows synergism between them. Serum HPLC fingerprint certify the compatible rationality of combination of P. lactiflora and G. uralensis. Established method is simple,accurate and stable.

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetics and serum fingerprints of Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis at different time.METHODS:The content of Ferulaic acid(FA) was determined by HPLC.The pharmacokinetic study was carried out.The active constituent in the Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis was analyzed based on the serum fingerprints of FA.RESULTS:The distribution and metabolism of FA in rabbits after oral administration of Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis assummed two compartment model.The fingerprints between serum at different time and blank serum showed significant differences.CONCLUSION:The content change of FA monitored with serum fingerprints was in line with the rule of pharmacokinetics of FA in Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis.The fingerprints can be applied to clarify the pharmacokinetic characteristics,the pharmacological action and the action mechanism of Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective Comparing the serum fingerprint of four kinds of extract solution from Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.Methods Taking rabbits as experiment animals,collecting blood,and separating serum after drenching semi-bionic enzyme extracting(SBEE) solution.HPLC was used to detect the fingerprints of medicated serum at different blood-collecting time in order to optimize the best blood collecting time,then the serum fingerprints of four kinds of solution collected were compared.Results HPLC showed that when blood collecting time was 2 h,the number and total area of chromatographic peak had the maximum value;SBEE Solution had the the maximum number and total area of chromatographic peak in the four kinds of solution at the best blood collecting time.Conclusion The component content in SBEE medicated serum is higher than that by other method.
