Résumé

Objective To understand the current problems of medicine related scientific and technical innovation bases in China,provide suggestions for further policy-making and reforming.Methods Questionnaires tailored for the director,principal investigator and administrators of the bases were designed to collect problems found during the operation and management process of different bases.Results 66.7% and 43.4% respondents respectively of national bases and provincial/ministerial level bases believed that bases had the ability of science and technology innovation.However,organization form needed to be optimized,team needed to be strengthen,achievement transformation ability needed to be improved,equipment management needed to be rationalization,assessment needed to be adapted and usage rule of fund should be more flexible.Conclusions By the joint efforts of government,support units and bases,the management of science and technology innovation bases can be further optimized.

OBJECTIVE: To study the impact and its mechanism of pharmaceutical regulation on the firm performance. METHODS: To make the multiple regression analysis with the pharmaceutical regulation intensity as independent variable, profit rate as dependent variable, R&D innovation and firm investment as intervening variable, based on the pharmaceutical industry data of China. RESULTS: The relationship between the pharmaceutical regulation intensity and profit rate is significantly positive correlation, for which the R&D innocation plays a role of mediation. CONCLUSION: Pharmaceutical regulation stimulates the R&D revenue and enhances technical innovation, and thus the innovation achievement enhances the firm performance. The increase of firm performance brought by innovation compensates the drop by regulation cost.

Objective To understand the current situation of scientific and technical innovation bases about medcine in China,provide evidence for further policy-making and reforming.Methods Based on the information from websites and the lists of laboratory evaluation,analyzed the types,research fields and the supporting units of these bases.Results Among the 347 bases,there were 160 national level bases and 187 ministerial-level bases.In terms of the research areas,clinical medicine accounted for 34.9 %,pharmaceutical sciences accounted for 26.5 %,basic medicine / biology accoun ted for 20.5%,public health accounted for 8.1%,translational medicine accounted for 1.4 %,medical equipment accounted for 1.4% and medical materials accounted for 0.9%.About 95.4% of bases were supported by single unit.Conclusions The research areas of medicine related scientific and technical innovation bases are unbalanced,and the number of industry-university-research cooperation bases is quite small.The government should strengthen the top-level design and optimize the layout.

Résumé

In this study, medicine manufacturing technology innovation efficiency measures analyze and improve the competitiveness of the industry. The innovation rate of Chinese materia medica (CMM) manufacturing technology in Jiangsu Province (2009-2014) was analyzed according to statical panel data and dynamic given years by data envelopment analysis (DEA) and Malmquist index method. Chinese manufacturing innovation has overall higher efficiency of Jiangsu province, and Chinese medicine efficiency of technological innovation in manufacturing is higher than that of Chinese herbal pieces manufacturing. The proprietary manufacturing technology innovation inputs and outputs on the overall operation is relatively active; During six years, medicine manufacturing technology innovation efficiency in Jiangsu province has a certain magnitude of negative growth (-3.1%), efficiency of technological innovation presents zigzag upward trend; Medicine manufacturing technology innovation efficiency, Jiangsu Province, there are regional differences among cities. Through increased investment and innovation to achieve efficient use of resources, optimize the industrial structure and improve relevant policies, we can effectively improve the efficiency of technological innovation of Chinese manufacturing.

Scientific innovation teams are key weight indicators and promoters in science and technology of a hospital.The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University(the Hospital)draws funding support from the Natural Science Foundation,to empower its innovative teams with programs and funding.These efforts have effectively propelled its innovations spearheaded by the dermatology team to give rise to outstanding outcomes and power teams.The application for talents support from NSF,the project approval for the hospital funding is affected to some extent.With the help from NSF and the innovative teams,scientific teams of the hospital have harvested a general upgrading and accelerated development of disciplines,elevating the scientific level of hospital in general.

Résumé

Globally, airlines are dedicated to achieving higher standards of Flight Safety. They have therefore developed and applied programs such as CRM, LOFT, Risk Management and Threat and Error Management. Despite these efforts, Commercial aircraft accidents continue to occur. Accident statistics over the last 40 years show that mechanical or maintenance related accidents comprise only 15% of the total, and have been decreasing. Accidents attributable to flight crew, however, are about 65% of the total, and show little trend towards reduction (Boeing, 2003). So there is much continuing effort to reduce these kinds of accidents. Additionally, many researchers world-wide are developing and applying programs which are focused on Human Factors. This study analyzes both the factors affecting flight crew and the results obtained from research conducted in Korea.
