Résumé

The most common subtype of lung cancer is non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), which has a poor prognosis and seriously threatens the health of human beings. The multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment model has gradually become the mainstream of NSCLC treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can be used effectively either as an adjunctive therapy or alone throughout the NSCLC therapy, which has a significant impact on survival, quality of life, and reduction of toxicity. Therefore, this paper reviewed the theoretical basis, the latest clinical application, and combined treatment mechanisms in order to explore the advantage stage of TCM treatment and the synergistic therapeutic mechanisms.

Résumé

Tianwang buxin dan (TWBXD),as a classic prescription for treating insomnia ,in forms of tablet ,drop pill ,patch and others ,has been widely used in clinical practice . Its compound prescription and single ingredient can play a calming and tranquilizing role by regulating neurotransmitters ,inhibiting oxidative stress reaction and the expression of inflammatory factors . Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and combined with modern pharmacological research ,this paper reviews single ingredient and active components of TWBXD ,calming and tranquilizing role of related couplet medicinals . The results showed that the single ingredients such as Rehmannia glutinosa ,the seeds of Zizyphus jujube ,the seeds of Platycladus orientalis ,Angelica sinensis,Schisandra chinensis ,Poria cocos and their effective components as well as related couplet medicinals of Z. jujube could improve the insomnia symptoms in different degrees . Except that the mechanism of the seeds of P. orientalis has not been studied , other ingredients mainly act on nervous -endocrine-immune system . They can play the sedative and hypnotic effects by regulating neurotransmitters, inflammatory factors and oxidation .

Résumé

Objective To explore new models for interhospital transfer and provide theoretical basis for the interhospital transfer system construction through analyzing the clinical features of the patients transfered by "Qilu" interhospital transfer center. Methods Totally 258 patients aged over 18 years who were transferred to or from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from August 2014 to December 2016 were analyzed. The data including sex, age, transport index, modified early warning score (MEWS) and outcome of patients with successful transport were collected.According to the results, the transferred patients were divided into the improved group and the non-improved group, and the differences of the above indicators between the two groups were analyzed. In the numerical variable analysis,Student's t test or Mann-whitney non-parametric test was applied, and the categorical variable was applied with x2 test. The correlation between clinical indicators and outcomes of the patients was analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results The total transfer success rate was 98.5%.The transported male patients were more than female patients.Patients transferred to Qilu Hospital were mainly diagnosed with nervous system disease, trauma and circulatory system disease, and patients transferred from QiLu Hospital were respiratory disease, circulatory system disease, and nervous system disease.Tracheal intubation, tracheotomy, and invasive mechanical ventilation rates were 11.9%-22.2%.The patients ratio of transferred from Qilu Hospital with vasoactive drugs and the ratio of patients with deep venous catheter were three times and five times than those transferred to Qilu Hospital.Eighty-one percent patients transferred to Qilu Hospital recovered, and 45.5% patients transferred from the hospital recovered. The age, heart rate,MEWS score, length of stay,ICU ratio, mechanical ventilation ratio and tracheal intubation ratio were significantly different between the improved group and the non-improved group (P<0.05).Among the critically patients transferred to ICU,the length of stay was correlated with the outcome of the improvement.(OR=1.213,95%CI:1.085-1.357).Conclusions "Qilu" Interhospital Transfer Center has a high success rate and high recovery rate of patients, and can be a new model for the construction of interhospital transfer system.

Résumé

Intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) is a radiotherapy method that uses a radiotherapy device to provide a brachytherapy with single high-dose radiation to a target tissue (primary tumor beds, residual tumors, and lymphatic drainage areas) during surgery, which includes intraoperative electron beam radiotherapy and high-dose-rate intraluminal brachytherapy.Nowadays, the implementation of precise radiation dose is an important part of multidisciplinary, individualized treatment of tumors.IORT achieves precise treatment by maximizing the radiation dose to the target volume and protecting surrounding normal tissues as much as possible. This article describes the recent research on IORT.

Résumé

Ligustrazine is one of the active ingredients of chuanxiong. Modern medical research indicated that ligustrazine had the effect of improving microcirculation, anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrosis, which showed the potential function of ligustrazine in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions. The basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) also believed that ligustrazine had the unique double effect of regulating both qi and blood. Therefore, ligustrazin had broad research and application prospects in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions. This article reviewed studies of ligustrazine in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions in recent years from four aspects, which were theoretical basis, clinical application, mechanism research and pharmaceutical dosage forms. It identified the research status and advantages of ligustrazine in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions. It also pointed out shortages in the clinical application, such as unstandardized medication, small sample size study and etc. There were insufficient deep and clear studies in the research of mechanism. In the aspect of pharmaceutical dosage forms, the thinking should be expanded with innovation. It will provide basis and direction for research and application in the future, in order to further elucidate mechanisms in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions as well as provide theory basis, research thinking and methods for the real display of advantages in TCM.

Résumé

Point Zigong is an empirical point for acupuncture treatment of gynecological diseases. Now it is widely applied to clinical treatment and has a marked therapeutic effect. The therapeutic effect of point Zigong stimulation on gynecological diseases is closely related to the anatomical position, morphostructure specificity and action effect of the acupoint. In the present study on this acupoint, the single acupoint is seldom applied and the mechanism is not completely clear. It is needed to conduct a thoroughstudy in the future.
