Résumé

Yuebi Decoction is a classic prescription derived from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. It has significant clinical efficacy and wide application. Scholars of different dynasties have different opinions on its prescription name and put forward different understandings on the dosage of Ephedrae Herba and Gypsum Fibrosum in the prescription. There is a dispute between relieving exterior prescription and draining dampness prescription in the main syndrome. In this article, it is found that there is no contradiction between relieving exterior and draining dampnes, but they promote each other and play the role of "lifting the pot to uncover the cover". In terms of clinical application, this article introduces the cases of this prescription and its addition and subtraction used in the treatment of diseases of respiratory system, urinary system and other systems in recent years. It is found that clinical use of this prescription is mainly for "sweating and promoting diuresis", which reflects the thought of "treating different diseases with the same treatment" in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Résumé

Disputes about the research and development of syndrome traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) new drug in Guidance for syndrome TCM new drug development still exist, including the fact that it is unclear whether the compound TCM preparations just targeting a sort of syndrome is in line with the TCM theory and that it is obscure what are clinical advantages of syndrome new drug as compared with new drug targeting both disease and syndrome. Based on TCM classical theory, dating back to intervention opinions of successive dynasties, theory of three-dimensional N levels was proposed from the aspects of intervention modes, intervention latitudes and formulae to illustrate that the syndrome TCM new drug is in line with TCM theory. As for the first dimension, the intervention modes of TCM could be classified into targeting disease, targeting pathology and targeting symptoms, and the basic elements were extracted as constitution, disease, pathogenesis, pathology, location, symptoms, Western medicine pathology and Western medicine indicators. Among them, the mode targeting TCM constitution and the mode targeting pathology provided the theoretical possibility of TCM syndrome new drug, while the mode targeting disease was suitable for disease syndrome new drug. As for the second dimension, the intervention latitudes were summarized, including Yin-Yang, Qi-blood-body fluid, viscera, meridian, tri-jiao, Wei-Qi-Ying-blood, six channels, and local part. The relatively broad latitudes such as Yin-Yang, Qi-blood-body fluid, and meridian might be suitable for the development of TCM syndrome new drug. As for the third dimension, the TCM formulae could be divided into four types according to the range of indications, including broad indications, viscera pathogenesis indications, disease-targeting indications and symptom-targeting indications. The first two types were suitable for TCM syndrome new drug development, while the disease-targeting indication type fit for disease-syndrome new drug. According to theory of three dimensional N levels, the clinical orientation of syndrome TCM new drugs and their advantages over disease-syndrome new drugs were as follows: syndrome TCM new drugs may be considered for novel disease without clear basic pathogenesis or advance regulation, complicated diseases, complicating diseases, geriatric disease and ba-lancing TCM constitution.

Résumé

Since 2007, the State Administration of TCM has implemented the preventive treatment of TCM health project, support the development of the Preventive treatment Section, issued the TCM health management service standards for special groups, and vigorously established the TCM preventive health service system. The thought of preventive treatment in TCM fully embodies the thinking mode of preventive and health care for TCM, but health management is a specific process of monitoring, evaluation, intervention and follow-up of health risk factors. In this paper, through comparative research methods, we analyzed the similarities and differences between preventive treatment of TCM and health management from historical origins, ideological content, guiding ideology, and key strategies and techniques, and we have discovered preventive treatment of TCM has more obvious advantages in theoretical height and comprehensive conditioning, and modern health management is more advanced in the application process and technical means. Their common points in the pursuit of health promotion and disease prevention, the emphasis on holistic medical concepts, and the focus on health risk factors, and the possible fusion of preventive treatment of TCM and health management in core ideas, theory and practice and technical methods, especially for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of sub-health, constitution bias, chronic diseases and other groups. The phased monitoring-assessment-intervention approach under the guidance of the idea of preventive treatment can provide suggestions for the development ideas of TCM health management. Research on TCM health risks monitoring and assessment in different life cycles needs to be strengthened.

is a profound book byfor acupuncture-moxibustion development. Twenty-five articles about arranging the book were analyzed in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) from 1980 to 2015. It is considered that the versions spread are clear, and literature quoted is abundant but needed to be further sorted. Also, academic thoughts with value were deeply explored in terms of acupoint, moxibustion, acupuncture-moxibustion case, contraindication and health preserving. However, shortages about contemporary research exist, such as less exploration on historical cultural background of the book, the humanistic spirit of, the rule of acupoint application and the treatment experie-nce. We should pay attention to the above points so as to further systematically study its academic thought.

Résumé

Although the new methods and new ideas have been introduced into researches on modern syndromes, research levels of syndromes have continued to be broadened and deepened gradually. However, understanding of essential theories and general research methods have not yet achieved a broad consensus in TCM field. The phenomenon is caused by the systematic complex features of syndromes, which are difficult to be explained for a short while, and require progressive understanding and development. It is also related to the reason that current main stream researches on syndromes lack general overview and analysis. All of the above lead to the failure of efficient penetration of all syndrome researches and restrict synergetic development among these researches. This article summarized and analyzed the overview of key field of study on syndromes, and expounded their disadvantages and development suggestions, with purposes to improve future syndrome research field, enrich syndrome research methods, and promote necessary penetration of syndrome researches.

Many authors suggest that there should be high interaction between applied, basic and theoreticalresearch for an adequate development of Behavior Analysis. The purpose of this text is to evaluate thecommunication between these areas, through the analysis of citations from three Brazilianpublications. The journals have had their articles and references categorized as applied, basic andtheoretical. One hundred thirty-two articles were sorted as theoretical, ninety as applied and forty-three as basic. The percentage of self-citation and cross-citation in each category was identified: Theself-citations are predominant in theoretical articles, whereas cross-citations are more frequent inapplied ones. In basic research texts, the number of self-citations is similar to cross-citations. It wasobserved a recent decrease in self-citations and an increase in cross-citations.

Résumé

After analyzing current different understandings on the theory of spleen taking charge of energy of long summer, the author put forward the essential connotation that the spleen is a self-balanced regulation system based on time, and the spleen mainly regulates the body in long summer. The spleen is exteriorly-interiorly related to the stomach. The spleen governs ascending and the stomach governs descending, which actually summarizes the function of the whole digestive system. The spleen and stomach co-keep the self-balanced condition for the body, through the coordination of receiving and transportation, ascending and descending, dryness and dampness. The spleen is respon-sible for transportation and transformation, ascending of the clear, with a preference for dryness and aversion to dampness, which is regarded as Taiyin wet earth, corresponding with dampness in the long summer. The stomach governs receiving and descending, with a preference for moistness and aversion to dryness, which is considered to be the Y angming dry earth. In the long summer, spleen deficiency due to dampness retention may lead to hypo-func-tions of transporting and transforming, ascending of the clear; stomach excess thanks to the help of moistness and heat may lead to relative hyper-functions of receiving and decomposing food, as well as descending. The functional condition of spleen deficiency and stomach excess duo to abundant dampness in the long summer plays a dominant role in regulation on their own system and other four zang-organs; in other seasons, the functions of spleen and stomach are in a subordinate state assisting or inhibiting other four zang-organs, in pace with time, to keep balanced condition for the body, through their characteristics of nourishing and transforming. Due to spleen deficiency and stomach excess in the long summer, manifestations of the body are hyper-function of digestion and hypo-function of absorption, and may easily lead to problems in the digestive system, such as abdominal distension and loose stool. Correct understanding on the essential connotation of spleen taking charge of energy of long summer has an impor-tant significance on the pathology, diagnosis, prevention, healthcare and treatment of seasonal attacks in the digestive system.
