RÉSUMÉ

Objective To analyze the HIV-infection related behaviors among unmarried youths in rural areas of Liangshan prefecture from 2011 to 2013 and factors that influencing the HIV transmission in the population under research. Methods According to the HIV sentinel surveillance methods for data collection,EpiData 3.1 and SPSS 19.0 were used to handle data and both Chi-square test and logistic regression were used to explore the related factors. Results A total number of 5 871 qualified youths were involved in this study from 2011 to 2013 with the prevalence rate on HIV infection among those unmarried youths from the rural areas as 3.45% (201/5 833).27.56% (1 607/ 5 833) of them had been working outside their hometown area.31.72% (1 850/5 833) of the unmarried youths had sexual experiences, with 41.46% (767/1 850) of them had casual sex but the rate of consistent condom use was only 3.46% (64/1 850).5.04% (294/5 833) of the unmarried youths admitted of ever having used drugs, with 34.35% (101/294) of them having the experiences of injecting, with 84.16% (85/101) of them sharing needles.Rates on factors as:working outside the resident areas, ever having had casual sexual behaviors, drug use and injecting drug use were seen higher among HIV infections, with differences statistically significant (X2=88.72,104.43,4.20,154.39,55.94,P<0.05).Results from the logistic regression showed that factors as:being male,Yi ethnicity, illiteracy, experience of working outside the resident area, never or casual condom use and needle-sharing drug use etc.would significantly increase the risk of HIV infection. Conclusions HIV infection among unmarried youths from rural areas in Liangshan prefecture called for attention because of the high rates of risk behaviors.Factors as:having had sexual experiences with low condom use, popular injecting drug use with needle sharing, being male, under Yi ethnicity, with lower education level and ever working outside the resident area etc.were under risks that related to HIV infection for unmarried youths in this area.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective To understand the present situation of the rate of carry genetic defect in Unmarried young men with thalassaemia in Shenzhen, which will provide a scientific basis for correct mating. Methods Randomly selected 6 182 cases of unmarried young people from March 2014 to October 2015 to hospital physical examination,Used Sysmex XN-9000 auto-matic blood cell sextant and erythrocyte osmotic fragility test to sccreen preliminarily for globin generation barrier anemia. The average red blood cell volume (MCV)≤82 fl and the average content of red blood cell (MCH)≤27 pg or osmotic fra-gility of red blood cells rate<60% of the population was made hemoglobin electrophoresis analysis. To early screening posi-tive by PCR,it was done reverse dot hybridization method for gene diagnosis, and the results were analyzed. Results 6 182 cases of unmarried young men at the beginning of globin generation barrier anemia screen positive rate was 17.3% (1 069/6 182),including suspectedα-was 12.2% (752/6 182)and suspiciousβ-was 5.1% (317/6 182).Gene diagnosis of globin generation barrier anemia positive rate was 11.6% (717/6 182),theα-was 6.7% (413/6 182),β-was 3.4% (209/6 182) and compoundαβ-was 1.5% (95/6 182).α-genetic defect types were mainly--SEA/αα,-α3.7/ααand-α4.2/ααand defect rate were 60.8%,23.5% and 10.4%,respectively.β-gene defect types are mainly CD41/42,CD17 and-28,defect rate were 41.1%,28.2% and 12.9%,respectively.Conclusion Unmarried young men in shenzhen area globin generation barrier ane-mia has certain carrying rate, local family planning department attaches great importance to it.Strengthen the unmarried young men globin generation barrier anemia screening,to guide the healthy birth mating and prevention of severe pauper’s birth, improve the rate of eugenic and superior nurture, has the vital significance.

RÉSUMÉ

Objective To investigate the aesthetic standard of leg length in young unmarried females.and to provide an additional reference for leg-plasty.Methods According to the data of the 531 young healthy women aged 17 to 20 years, the mean, standard of height, weight, hip circumference, lowaer limb length, leg length, leg girth, lower leg length-girth index, and leg girth index were calculated.Correlations between these parameters were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 software. Results Heightwas(163.22±4.03)cm,weight was(53.82±6.12)kg,hip circumference was (91.51±4.56)cm,whole leg was(75.95±2.97)cm,leg was(37.97±1.83)cm,length of leg maximal girth to tibial tuberosity(14.13±0.74)cm,length of leg medium girth to tibial tuberosity (18.99±0.92)cm,leg maximal girth(34.91±1.82)cm,leg minimal girth(20.30±1.06)cm,leg length to height ratio was 23.26±0.90,lower leg to whole leg ratio 50.01±1.95,leg maximal girth to hip circumference was 38.18±1.66,lower leg length-girth index was 92.12±5.86,leg girth index was 58.21±2.84.and the distance from leg maximal girth point to tibial tuberosity to leg length ratio was 37.26±1.78.Distance from leg maximal girth point to tibial tuberosity to leg length ratio and leg girth index had significant correlation with height, and hip circumference, but had no significant correlation with weight.Lower leg length-girth index had significant correlation with height, weight, and hip circumference. Conclusion These data have some reference value on analyzing the characteristics of human female leg cosmetology.
