RESUMO
The lichen planus zoniform is a particular form of childhood lichen planus clinical features are papular lesions with linear topography showing a zonal like-shape. Although the histology isn't specific, it steels close up to lichen planus. We illustrate this particular form by a clinical and histological case. We insist that this form is particular to the children, and the spontaneous recovery, maybe made quickly by the local corticotherapy
