RESUMO
A morte desencadeia diversas reações e resistência para ser discutida. Há um processo de negação que envolve as várias formas de enfrenta-la. O ser humano não está preparado para lidar com tal acontecimento, pois há um estigma social que permeia a sua conceituação. Quando se trata de uma equipe de saúde que lida diariamente com este fato, acaba gerando sentimentos ambivalentes, prejudicando e interferindo em questões emocionais importantes. O tema foi escolhido por envolver o sofrimento psíquico e o adoecimento da equipe de saúde, o que desperta o interesse dos autores, já que estes trabalham com a promoção da saúde do outro e prejudicam a sua própria. Tendo como objetivo pesquisar sobre as contribuições da atuação do Psicólogo Hospitalar no suporte a equipe de saúde frente às situações de morte, visando contribuir e promover situações que possam auxiliar o profissional na elaboração do processo de luto, propiciando a continências das emoções que são suscitadas na equipe de saúde, através dos grupos Balint e de reflexão. O Psicólogo Hospitalar deve promover espaços dialógicos onde os profissionais de saúde possam refletir sobre suas próprias emoções e sentimentos proporcionando uma relação mais humana entre médico/paciente, familiar/paciente, familiar e equipe de saúde e suscitar outras discussões conceituais de temas como saúde, doença, morte, morrer, luto e perdas.(AU)

When it comes to a health team that deals daily with important emotional issues. Aiming to search about the contributions the Hospital Psychologist in the health team support to situations od death, to contribute and promote situations that can assist the professional in the drafting of the grieving process, providing the salutes of emotions that are raised in the health team, via Balint groups and think tanks. The Hospital Psychologist should promote dialogic spaces where health professionals can reflect on their own emotions and feelings by providing a human relationship between doctor/patient, patient/family, family and health team and raise other conceptual discussions of topics such as health, illness, death, dying, grief and loss. RESUMO
A Política Nacional de Humanização da Atenção e da Gestão do Sistema Único de Saúde - HumanizaSUS, surge para humanizar as relações no âmbito da saúde e reafirmar os princípios e diretrizes do SUS. Dessa forma a Política Nacional de Humanização se consolida como uma política transversal, passando a colocar os saberes e práticas em saúde no mesmo plano comunicacional. É nessa aglutinação dessa política com o Sistema Único de Saúde que a tríade universalidade, integralidade e equidade é fortalecida em busca de um sistema de saúde humanizado e democrático. Partindo dos objetivos das políticas de saúde, principalmente do HumanizaSUS, que preconiza a produção de vida, desenvolvimento de relações humanizadas, uma oferta de saúde democrática e equânime, é que se constitui as possibilidades de atuação da Psicologia, de forma a contribuir para a construção de espaços que favoreçam o desenvolvimento dos objetivos que são traçados, dado que é uma ciência que estuda o comportamento humano, que se constitui pela sua singularidade e subjetividade. É partindo dessas premissas que o presente trabalho se delineia, buscando compreender as interfaces existentes entre a Psicologia e o HumanizaSUS.
The National Humanization Policy and the Health System Management - HumanizaSUS, comes to humanize relations in the health and reaffirm the principles and guidelines of SUS. Thus the National Humanization Policy calls itself as a cross-cutting policy, starting to put the knowledge and health practices in the same communicational plan. It is in this assemblage of policy with the Health System that universality triad, comprehensiveness and equity is strengthened in search of a humane and democratic health system. Based on the goals of health policies, particularly the HumanizaSUS which calls for the production of life, development of humanized relations, an offer of democratic and equitable health, is what constitutes the psychology possibilities of action in order to contribute to building spaces that encourage the development of the goals that are drawn, therefore, is a science that studies human behavior, which is by its uniqueness and subjectivity. It is from these premises that this work is outlined, trying to understand the interfaces between psychology and HumanizaSUS.
