RESUMO

Aiming at the problem of low recognition accuracy of motor imagery electroencephalogram signal due to individual differences of subjects, an individual adaptive feature representation method of motor imagery electroencephalogram signal is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the individual differences and signal characteristics in different frequency bands, an adaptive channel selection method based on expansive relevant features with label F (ReliefF) was proposed. By extracting five time-frequency domain observation features of each frequency band signal, ReliefF algorithm was employed to evaluate the effectiveness of the frequency band signal in each channel, and then the corresponding signal channel was selected for each frequency band. Secondly, a feature representation method of common space pattern (CSP) based on fast correlation-based filter (FCBF) was proposed (CSP-FCBF). The features of electroencephalogram signal were extracted by CSP, and the best feature sets were obtained by using FCBF to optimize the features, so as to realize the effective state representation of motor imagery electroencephalogram signal. Finally, support vector machine (SVM) was adopted as a classifier to realize identification. Experimental results show that the proposed method in this research can effectively represent the states of motor imagery electroencephalogram signal, with an average identification accuracy of (83.0±5.5)% for four types of states, which is 6.6% higher than the traditional CSP feature representation method. The research results obtained in the feature representation of motor imagery electroencephalogram signal lay the foundation for the realization of adaptive electroencephalogram signal decoding and its application.

RESUMO

Objective@#To explore the impact of socioeconomic status on minority college students’ healthy sports behaviors, and to provide guidance for improving physical fitness among minority college students.@*Methods@#Binary Logistic regression and path analysis were used to analyze the path and effect of socioeconomic status on minority college students’ healthy sports behaviors, controlled for health status, academic pressure, sports attitude, sports venues, sports skills and health knowledge.@*Results@#Socioeconomic status was positively associated with students’ healthy sports behaviors (OR>1). With the potential variables controlled, the odds of participating in healthy sports activity among urban students, sophomores and female students was 2.10, 2.60 and 0.59 times higher than that of rural students, freshman and male students. Path analysis showed that the direct effect of socio-economic status on minority college students’ healthy sports behavior was 0.07, the indirect effect was 0.16, and the total effect was 0.23.@*Conclusion@#Socioeconomic status shows direct and indirect effect on healthy sports behaviors among college students, with the indirect effect being larger than direct effect. Apart from socioeconomic status, physical fitness education, as well as creating and maintaining a good physical exercise environment by schools and society should be encouraged to facilitate college students establishing healthy sports behaviors.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: The studies concerning rehabilitation robot step later in China, many of which are assisted rehabilitation robot rather than rehabilitation training robot. Currently, the rehabilitation instruments in China can not satisfy the intelligentification and man-machine engineered requirement of robots.OBJECTIVE: Considering the predicament of supply and demand relationship of medical service for rehabilitation, to propose a combined robot system for assisted tele-rehabilitation based on remote operation technology and medical device. METHODS: Considering the safety, magneto-theological damper and direct current machine was adopted to design a combined manipulator, which utilizing tale-robot technology in training limb disability patients. According to the remote setting of rehabilitation therapist, patients could perform rehabilitation exercise, which can realize real-time and precision of stiffness display.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The clients are patients who have upper limbs movement disorders. Through disassembly and combination of the mechanical arms, it can provide different training modes and therapeutic schemes. The adoption of computer network technology allows the patients to accomplish rehabilitation according to the settings of the physicians via internet; the applications of virtual reality technology greatly raise the enthusiasm in patients and improve the rehabilitation effect remarkably. The experimental results show that the system has good applicability and safety.

RESUMO

Objective To Summarize experence of Dynamic Hip Screw for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 54 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by DHS internal fixation. Results All patients were followed up for 4~36 months with an average of 7 months. Satisfactory effect was obtained. Conclusions The recovery of intact posterointernal cortex of femoral intertrochante, the standard postiton of fixation of DHS and an incarease in postoperative functional exercise are the key to obtain a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
