RESUMO

Objective:To explore the effect of humane nursing for bladder cancer patients complicated with cor-onary artery disease and analyze the ethical significance. Methods:Seventy-eight patients of bladder cancer com-plicated with coronary artery disease were recruited and divided into control group ( n=39 ) and observation group (n=39). Subjects of the observation group accepted routine care and humane care, while those in the control group only accepted routine care. Before and after the intervention, level of hope, anxiety and depression, quality of life were assessed. Results:After the intervention, the subjects′hope level in the observation group was signifi-cantly higher (P<0. 05) than before, and significantly higher than the control group (P <0. 05). Both in the control group and observation group, SAS and SDS scores significantly decreased (P<0. 05) than before, and the observation group compared with the control group were significantly improved ( P<0 . 05 ) . It suggested that symp-toms, psychological and emotional state, physical function, and other items of daily life scores were improved sig-nificantly after the implementation of humane nursing ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion: Humane care mode can signifi-cantly increase the hope level of bladder cancer patients complicated with coronary heart disease, and is conducive to improving bad emotion and quality of life, which embodies the new nursing spirit, consists with the requirements of nursing ethics, and has a certain value to nursing ethics.

RESUMO

Medical personnel's present practice situation shows that the working is highly stressful, the personal security is threatened, and the occupation burnout is common and so on. This situation has reduced the working en-thusiasm of the medical staffs, and the medical staffs themselves are not satisfied. The reasons include that the sala-ry is not equal to the work, the allocation of medical resources is not reasonable, and the media reports biasedly. On this basis, it should strengthen the humanistic care for medical personnel from the perspective of medical ethics. The first is to elucidate theoretically as the principles of respect and benefit is also applicable to the medical person-nel. The second is that the medical staff should establish the correct values. The third is to establish reasonable sal-ary evaluation appraisal system. The last is to create a harmonious and fair social atmosphere.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of teaching method based on PDCA concept on the standardized training of geriatric residents, and provide the standardized training of geriatric residents with effective training methods. Method The 50 resident doctors, who entered the senile internal medicine department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2015 for receiving the standard-ized training, were divided into the traditional teaching group and the improved group with 25 in each group. The traditional teaching group was given coaching according to the previous training mode for physi-cians engaging in advanced studies. While for the improved group, the PDCA concept was put into the teaching management of the standardized training on the basis of the traditional teaching mode, the tutorial system was brought in, and the theoretical knowledge, clinical skills training, research capability training and case analysis capability training were strengthened. The training took 2 months in total. Two months later , a comprehensive assessment was conducted to compare the difference between the two groups in terms of the theoretical knowledge, the clinical skills, the research capability and the case analysis. SPSS 22.0 was applied to processing the data and the two groups of data were given a t test. Results Compared with the traditional teaching group, the improved group has made great progress in terms of the theoretical knowledge [(92.48±3.28) vs. (89.12±3.17)], the clinical skills [(42.20±2.33) vs. (40.08±2.04)], the case analysis [(42.08 ±2.29) vs. (39.84 ±2.15)] and the research capability [(41.12 ±2.22) vs. (39.12 ±2.26)]. Conclusion The teaching method based on PDCA concept adopted in the standardized training of geri-atric residents can significantly enhance the training quality of geriatric resident trainees.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate and compare the therapeutic effect of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of psychiatric symptoms in Alzheimer’s disease dementia. Methods 64 patients of Alzheimer's disease dementia with psychiatric symptoms, were divided into risperidone donepezil group (A) and aripiprazole donepezil group (B ) . Before and 4, 8 weeks after treatment, the BEHAV-AD scale was used to assess the pathological behavior and the side effects scale (TESS) was used to assess adverse drug reactions. Results A group at 4 weeks after treatment BEHAV-AD score showed no significant difference with before treatment ( >0.05), 8 weeks after treatment decreased significantly (0.05) . 4 weeks after treatment, the two groups had no significant difference in TESS score ( >0.05), 8 weeks after treatment the TESS scores in group B were significantly lower in group A ( <0.05) .Conclusion Aripiprazole + donepezil can effectively alleviate the symptoms of these patients with lower mental side effects, and has better effect in treatment of Alzheimer's disease dementia with psychiatric symptoms.

RESUMO

Objective To study the effect of fish skin collagen peptide on skin collagen metabolism. Methods Twenty-two rots were divided into treatment and control groups. In rats of the treatment group, fish skin collagen peptide at a dose that is 20 times of the recommended dose for human was added to the food for 40 days. Skin HYP was isolated by hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid. The concentration of skin HYP was determined by visible spectrophotometer and converted it to collagen concentration and compared between the 2 groups. Results The skin collagen concentration was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (69.79%±4.36%;64.36%±4.36%,P<0.05).At 40 days, the average body weight of rats in the treatment group was (32.1±3.16)g;while it was(36.5± 2.19)g in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fish skin collagen peptide may help to increase collagen concentration of skin and control body weight.

RESUMO

To investigate the exact mechanism of epileptogenesis induced by coriaria lactone (CL), the effect of CL on NMDA receptor mediated current (Iasp) in rat hippocampal CAI neurons was investigated by using nystatin perforated whole-cell patch clamp. 10-6-10-4 mol/L Asp acted on NMDA receptors and elicited an inward current (Iasp) at a holding potential (VH) of -40mV in presence of 10-6 mol/L glycine and absence of Mg2+ extracellularly. CL enhanced NMDA receptor mediated current induced by Asp, but had no effect on threshold concentration, EC50,Hill coefficient as well as maximal-effect concentration and reversal potential of Iasp. The effect had no relationship with holding potential. These results showed that CL could enhance NMDA receptor mediated current to increase [Ca2+]I of neurons by acting on Gly site, thereby inducing epilepsy.

RESUMO

AIM and METHODS: The sodium ion(Na +) and potassium ion(K +) selective microelectrodes were used to measure changes of ionic activity of extracellular sodium and potassium([Na +] o, [K +] o) in hippocampus and hippocampal slice during epieptic seizure induced by intrahippocampal microinjection of coriaria lactone(CL) in rats and perfusing hippocampal slice with CL. RESULTS:30 s, 1min and 2min after injection of CL into hippocampus, the [Na +] o decreased 27.7 mmol/L, 50.3 mmol/L, 57.8 mmol/L respectively and the [K +] o increased 2.3 mmol/L, 2.4 mmol/L, 2.9 mmol/L respectively compared with control values( P
