RESUMO
El presente ensayo presenta distintas concepciones sobre el femicidio/feminicidio, lo que implica examinar diferentes intereses y perspectivas teóricas; sin embargo, todas tienen en común contribuir para la comprensión de los asesinatos misóginos de mujeres alrededor del mundo. En este sentido incluimos una clasificación del femicidio/feminicidio, las tipologías que se han manifestado en distintos contextos, principalmente Latinoamérica, los factores que lo fomentan, y su reciente incorporación a la normativa jurídica nacional.
The article presents different conceptions about femicide / feminicide, implying examine different theoretical perspectives and interests; however, all have in common contribute to the understanding of the misogynist murders of women around the world. In this sense, we include a classification of femicide / feminicide occurs, the types that have been expressed in different contexts (mainly Latin América), the factors that foster it, and its recent addition to national legal regulations.
