RESUMO
Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre la Investigación en Sistemas y Servicios de Salud(ISSS) viendo ésta como una forma práctica y necesaria de investigación. Se muestra la metodología y los pasos a seguir con la intención de que sea un material útil a la hora de planificar un estudio y de obtener resultados que sirvan para la toma de decisiones científicamente fundamentadas.
A bibliographic review which makes reference to research and systems and health services as a practical and necessary form of investigation, given its characteristics was performed. The methodology as well as the steps in this type of investigation are shown, so that it serves as a useful guide to correctly plan a survey and than attain results to allow for the scientifically grounded decision-making process.
