RESUMO
Introducción: Las concepciones de enfermería y su objeto de estudio como arte y ética acompañan el pensamiento y el actuar de los profesionales, el desarrollo científico técnico y la cotidianidad impregnan matices que los transforman. Sin embargo, es necesario visualizar los elementos de estas dimensiones que están presentes en el desempeño profesional y que se muestran en las investigaciones. Objetivo: Sistematizar las concepciones de arte y ética en el cuidado de enfermería. Métodos: Se realizó una revisión sistemática para un análisis crítico reflexivo de contenidos de documentos publicados durante 5 años, desde 2015 a 2020 con una clara metodología y referencial teórico seleccionado durante los meses de septiembre - octubre del 2020. Se utilizaron los descriptores identificados en DeCS y operadores booleanos: "cuidados de enfermería" OR "enfermería" AND "ética en enfermería" AND "arte". La búsqueda fue realizada en las bases de datos SciELO, Redalyc, Medigraphic e Index. Se utilizó el diagrama de flujo Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses para contribuir a la formulación de la estrategia de búsqueda. Conclusiones: La sistematización y análisis de las concepciones del cuidado de enfermería como arte y ética muestra su desarrollo y la independencia profesional en diversos contextos. Durante la sistematización se establecieron los nexos entre el cuidado al ser humano como arte y ética. Además, el tratamiento de la ética del cuidado y los cuidados abordados desde perspectivas distintas en la que sus márgenes se desdibujan en la práctica del cuidado humano(AU)
Introduction: Nursing conceptions and their object of study as art and ethics accompany the thinking and actions of professionals; technical-scientific development and daily life impregnate nuances that transform them. However, it is necessary to visualize the elements of these dimensions present in professional performance and shown in research. Objective: To systematize the conceptions of art and ethics in nursing care. Methods: A systematic review was carried out, from 2015 to 2020, in view of a reflective critical analysis of the contents of documents published during five years, using a clear methodology and theoretical reference selected during the months from September to October 2020. Descriptors identified in DeCS were used, together with Boolean operators: cuidados de enfermería [nursing care] OR enfermería [nursing] AND ética en enfermería [nursing ethics] AND arte [art]. The search was carried out in the databases SciELO, Redalyc, Medigraphic and Index. The flow chart Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses was used to contribute to the formulation of the search strategy. Conclusions: The systematization and analysis of the conceptions of nursing care as art and ethics shows their development and professional independence in several contexts. During the systematization, the links between caring for the human being as art and ethics were established. In addition, the approach to ethics of care and care per se were established, based on different perspectives in which its margins are blurred in the practice of human care(AU)
