El análisis de la situación de salud y la investigación-acción participativa en la formación médica / The analysis of the situation of health and the participative investigation-action in the medical formation

Fundamento: El análisis de la situación de salud es una investigación esencial a desarrollar por el médico general en la Atención Primaria de Salud. Objetivo: Caracterizar la sistematización e integración de los contenidos relacionados con el análisis de la situación de salud en el plan de estudio de la carrera de Medicina, con el propósito de impartirlo mediante la investigación-acción participativa Metodología: Se realizó una investigación cualitativa a partir de un análisis de contenido en las asignaturas seleccionadas y se definieron ejes orientadores, demarcadores y segmentos de contenido como categorías de la sistematización para delimitar elementos significativos, clasificar el contenido y su posterior cuantificación. Resultados: El análisis de la situación de salud se sistematiza e integra abocado hacia los ejes orientadores que sustentan la investigación-acción participativa y adquiere un carácter de eje curricular vertical al ser sistematizado por las asignaturas que conforman las disciplinas: Filosofía y Sociedad, Informática Médica y Psicología Médica, y entrelazado en integración horizontal y vertical por la Medicina General Integral, rectora de la carrera. Al ser retomado en Salud Pública, se integran y desarrollan con un elevado nivel de profundidad. Conclusiones: Los contenidos del análisis de la situación de salud están sistematizados e integrados en correspondencia con la metodología que se utilizó, por tanto, puede reconfigurarse en un instrumento idóneo en la formación médica.

Background: The analysis of the situation of health is an essential investigation to develop for the general doctor in the Health Primary Attention. Objective: To characterize the systematizing and integration of the contents related with the analysis of the situation of health in the plan of study of the career of Medicine, with the purpose of imparting it by means of the participative investigation-action. Methodology: a qualitative investigation starting from a content analysis in the selected subjects and they were defined axes orientators, demarches and content segments as categories of the systematizing to define significant elements, to classify the content and their later quantification was carried out Results: The analysis of the situation of health is systematized and it integrates heading toward the orientators axes that sustain the participative investigation-action and it acquires a character of vertical curricular axis when being systematized by the subjects that conform the disciplines: Philosophy and Society, Medical Computer science and Medical Psychology, and intertwined in horizontal and vertical integration by the Integral General Medicine, rector of the career. When being recaptured in Public Health, they are integrated and they develop with a high level of depth. Conclusions: The contents of the analysis of the situation of health are systematized and integrated therefore in correspondence with the methodology that was used; it can be reconfigured in a suitable instrument in the medical formation.

Manual para la orientación farmacéutica comunitaria / Manual for the community pharmaceutical orientation

Para contribuir a eliminar las insuficiencias en el desempeño de los farmacéuticos en la esfera de actuación profesional comunitaria, con relación a la orientación y atención farmacéutica, se elaboró un manual para la orientación farmacéutica comunitaria, con el objetivo de brindar información sobre los medicamentos del Cuadro Básico Nacional para la orientación farmacéutica a los pacientes. El manual contiene información sobre los medicamentos del Cuadro Básico de Salud, estructurada por dimensiones (sistematización farmacológica y comunicación farmacéutica al paciente), con sus correspondientes configuraciones. Para la implementación del Manual para la Orientación Farmacéutica Comunitaria, se diseñó un sistema de actividades de superación (talleres), con los profesionales y técnicos de las farmacias del Consejo Popular Centro del Pueblo, de Ciego de Ávila. En la valoración del Manual para la Orientación Farmacéutica Comunitaria y del sistema de talleres de superación postgraduada, por un grupo de expertos, se utilizó la técnica de consenso del grupo nominal, se evidenció su pertinencia científica y metodológica y sus potencialidades de contribuir al desempeño de los farmacéuticos en la orientación farmacéutica, en los diferentes servicios de la Atención Farmacéutica Comunitaria.

In order to contribute to eliminate the insufficiencies in the performance of phamacists in the sphere of communitarian professional performance, in relation to the pharmaceutical attention and orientation, a Manual for the communitarian pharmaceutical direction was elaborated,with the objective to offer information on medicines of the National Basic table for the pharmaceutical direction to patients.The manual contains information on medicines of Health Basic table structured by dimensions (farmacological systematization and pharmaceutical communication to the patient), with its corresponding configurations. For the Manual implementation to Communitarian Pharmaceutical Direction, a system of overcoming activities was designed, with professionals and technicians of pharmacies in Ciego de Avila North Health area. In the Manual valuation for the Communitarian Pharmaceutical Direction and the system of postgraduated overcoming workshop, by a group of experts, it was used the technical consensus of nominal group, demonstrated its scientific and methodologic pertinence and its potentialities to contribute to phamacists performance in the pharmaceutical direction, in different services of Communitarian Pharmaceutical Attention.
