Proceso de pruebas y suite de herramientas de soluciones informáticas para la salud / Process of tests and suite of tools of informatics solve for the health

Con la estrategia trazada por el Ministerio de Salud Pública para alcanzar la informatización del sector de la salud, se han creado un conjunto de sistemas informáticos capaces de automatizar lo que anteriormente se hacía de forma manual, siendo el Grupo de Integración de Soluciones (GIS) perteneciente a la empresa SOFTEL del Ministerio de Informática y Comunicaciones, el encargado de realizar un conjunto de pruebas con una serie de herramientas para reducir los recursos dedicados a esta actividad e incrementar mayor calidad, fiabilidad y con el menor número de errores posibles. Este trabajo detalla cada proceso de pruebas con las herramientas a utilizar, donde el objetivo es proporcionar los procesos que permiten utilizar disímiles herramientas automatizadas de pruebas, como una suite donde validar las aplicaciones informáticas desarrolladas para el Sistema Nacional de Salud. Esto minimizaría la ocurrencia de errores, cuyo resultado es la automatización de las pruebas unitarias, funcionales y de regresión de todos los sistemas en desarrollo; así como las pruebas a los servicios web, permitiendo la disminución ostensible del tiempo de demora de las pruebas a los sistemas y la cantidad de defectos detectados por los usuarios de las aplicaciones(AU)

With the strategy outlined by the Ministry of Public Health to achieve the informatization have been created a group of computer systems able to automate that previously you toward in a manual way. as the Group Management Integration Solutions (GIS), belonging to the company SOFTEL, Ministry of Information and Communications, in charge of carrying out a group of tests with a series of tools to reduce the resources dedicated to this activity and to increase bigger quality and reliability and with the smallest number of possible errors. This work details each process of tests with the tools to use for each process process where the objective is to provide processes that allow dissimilar to use automated testing tools as a suite which validate software applications developed for the National Health System. This minimize the occurrence of errors, the results are automating unit, functional and regression of all developing test systems; as well as testing web services allowing considerable reduction of delay time test systems and the number of errors detected by application users(AU)

Documentos utilizados en la gestión de la integración del proyecto de salud / Documents used in the management of health integration project

Con la nueva estrategia trazada por el Ministerio de Salud Pública (MINSAP) para alcanzar la informatización en el sector de la salud, se crea el Sistema de Información para la Salud (SISalud). Este Sistema tiene como objetivo estandarizar la arquitectura e integrar todas las aplicaciones que lo conforman. Siendo el Grupo de Gestión de Integración de Soluciones (GIS), perteneciente a la Empresa Productora de Software para la Técnica Electrónica (SOFTEL), del Ministerio de las Comunicaciones (MINCOM), el encargado de brindar soporte tecnológico para lograr la integración de las aplicaciones para la salud. Para alcanzarla, GIS define el Proceso de Especificación y Verificación para la Gestión de la Integración. Como todo proceso, existen documentos de entrada y salida en sus actividades, definiendo diferentes plantillas que deben ser utilizadas. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo describir cada documento y plantilla que se usa en el proceso, así como su utilización práctica en el mismo, para alcanzar finalmente, que las aplicaciones que sean desplegadas en el entorno de SISalud estén integradas e interactúen entre ellas; cumpliendo con las políticas y estrategias de desarrollo definidas por el MINCOM y el MINSAP(AU)

This system aims to standardize the architecture and integrate all the applications that comprise it. As the Group Management Integration Solutions (GIS), belonging to the company Softel, Ministry of Communications (MINCOM), in charge of providing technological support for the integration of health applications. To achieve this, GIS defines the Specification and Verification Process for Integration Management. As a process, there are input and output documents in their activities, defining different templates to be used. This paper describes each document and template as well as their practical use in the process, to finally reach that applications that are deployed in the environment SISalud are integrated and interact with them, complying with policies and strategies defined MINCOM and the Ministry of Public Health(AU)

Catálogo para la generación de diagramas de componentes del Sistema de Información para la Salud en Cuba / Catalog for generating diagrams of components for the Health Information System in Cuba

El Ministerio de Salud Pública (MINSAP) ha definido la informatización del sector como tarea fundamental, con el objetivo de proveer al Sistema Nacional de Salud de información confiable, consistente y oportuna para la toma de decisiones, a través del uso óptimo de las tecnologías y de la integración a la infraestructura global de la información. En este marco, la Dirección Nacional de Informática del MINSAP define que el Grupo de Integración de Soluciones (GIS) perteneciente a la empresa SOFTEL, brinde soporte tecnológico para garantizar la integración de las aplicaciones que conforman una solución informática para la salud. Como herramienta de soporte se implementa el Catálogo para la generación de diagramas de componentes del Sistema de Información para la Salud (SISalud). En el proceso de desarrollo de las aplicaciones informáticas para la salud, el catálogo facilita la integración, al generar las relaciones de dependencia entre los componentes de SISalud, a partir de la representación de las vistas o diagramas de implementación de la arquitectura de los componentes desarrollados. Se hace uso del lenguaje Unificado de Modelado (UML) y de PHP y JavaScript. El sistema permite disminuir los tiempos de respuestas de los equipos de desarrollo, obtener información relacionada con la arquitectura y contar con un espacio para generar y transferir el conocimiento para la continuidad del trabajo(AU)

The Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) has defined the computerization of the sector as a fundamental task. The objective is to provide the National System of Health with reliable, consistent and opportune information for the decision making, through the good use of technologies and the integration with the global infrastructure of the information. In order to this, the National Headquarter of Computer Science of MINSAP defines that the Group of Integration of Solutions (GIS), which belongs to the company SOFTEL, has to offer technological support to guarantee the integration of the applications that bring computer solutions for the health. As a support tool, the Catalog is implemented for the generation of diagrams of components of the System of Information for the Health (SISalud). In the process of development of the computer applications for the health, the catalogue facilitates the integration process, when generating the dependence relationships among the components of SISalud, starting from the representation of the views or diagrams of implementation of the architecture of the developed components. The Unified Modeling Language (UML), PHP and JavaScript are used. The system allows minimizing the times of answers for the development teams to obtain information related with the architecture and to have a space to generate and to transfer the knowledge for the continuity of the work(AU)
