RESUMO
Vista la necesidad de capacitar el Recurso Humano para el funcionamiento de un sistema de salud, en 1999 se reformulo el sistema sanitario e la provincia de Córdoba con una propuesta de reorganizacion y reorientacion. Se ha trabajado en forma conjunta con la Universida Nacional de Córdoba, Consejo Medico, Circulo Medico, Sociedades Cientificas y Deontologicas para acordar una nueva filosofia de trabajo en salud y el numero de recursos humanos a formar. El presente trabajo muestra la estimacion del numero de profesionales medicos necesarios para la provincia, analiza las necesidades de formacion de las distintas especialidades en funcion del nuevo modelo sanitario, como si tambien la distribucion de los mismos. Asi mismo concluye diciendo que el Ministro de Salud y la UNC han logrado en los ultimos cuatro a±os coordinar las politicas de salud, para ofrecer capacitacion acorde a las politicas establecidas. ABSTRACT: Due to the need of human resources training for the implementation of a the new health system in 1999 the sanitary system of the province of Córdoba was reformulated with a new reorganization and reoreintation proposal. Tha National Unversity of Córdoba, The Board of Physicians, the Medicla Society and the Deontologic and Scientific Association have woeked together to come to an agreement on the new work philosophy of health and on the number of physicians needed for the province, analizes the need for trainingin the different specialies based on the new sanitary model as well as their distribution.
